Management has nasty attitude no tissue in women's bathroom the man up front was really unprofessional. I came to pick up a door dash and literally they would not give me the door dash that was scheduled for this location Raven B. I have been in and out this locations many time and everything the Management has a very negative attitude. Please take into consideration who we put in position to make decisions I watched food hit the floor this literally costed me my dd account. Also No gloves worn at this location the manager prancing around making fun at me trying to get the order very disappointed with this location would give 0 stars if I could

I've never been to a place that was so rude and so very disrespectful when you call them they do not answer the phone what kind of business is this.
So irritated. I bought2 large fries and a medium Big Mac meal. And they gave me 2 medium fries and a large fry. I got back in the line. Just for her to get an attitude like I’m lying. Then she told some one else and they had the nerve to hand me a bag I’m thinking they corrected the order but gave me 2 small fries with barely any fries in them. Ridiculous

They upcharge ur $5 meal and only give u a upcharge drink. I asked y was my drink upgraded and the girl whispered she didn't know the system does it. I went back a few days later and told the girl I didn't want the big drink and she took it off. I was told by a Wendy's worker the manager makes them do it so maybe here as well. Seems scamming. Pay attention people

If I could give this McDonald’s a negative 5 stars I would. The owner of this establishment should be sued. The inconvenience that this store is and the horrible staff that it keeps agrivayes me greatly. 9/26/25 I pulled up and another night where they’re taking Door dash order only. I ordered through the app I asked could I show her my order she lol and said no. There are two dudes outside smoking weed and there’s one associate sitting doing nothing! This McDonald’s is a joke and an insult to the community! Shut it DOWN!
