Claim they’re 24 hours but whenever you go at night the FULL staff claims they’re close or the system down. Service is horrible per usual. Every employee acts like they hate their job no matter what time you go. Parking lot is always full of trash. Honestly, they just need to close down immediately!

This is the worst McDonalds in Memphis. The service is absolutely piss poor and that’s a compliment compared to what I want to say. The managers are beyond rude and disrespectful. I placed a mobile order this morning and my husband had the phone and was in line waiting. It was before 11 that he got there. They stop serving breakfast so we were fine. When he got to the speaker he told her the number at the speaker and she said ok well we’re doing shift change and swapping drawers. He gets to the window and they say hey well it’s after 11 so it’s cancelled. Well he was sitting there for over 5 minutes waiting on shift change so we ask to speak to a manager. The manager says well now it’s cancelled so you’ll have to get your money back in the app or order lunch. I said well it might’ve cancelled the mobile order but can you just ring it up and I pay for it. She told me no. I said well what’s your name and she slammed the window in our face and walked off. Horrible customer service!!!!! And don’t go here after 8:30pm because no one comes to the speaker. There is a manager with dreads that look like they’re green or some color is absolutely no help. We waited in line 30 minutes. People were driving off. So we got to the speaker and waited about 10 minutes and no one came. So I drove to the window and was like is something wrong with the speaker. She said no. I said well we’ve been waiting a while. She said well I don’t have a cook and I don’t know how to work the grill so we don’t have any food until I can get another cook to come in. How does the manager not know how to work the grill???!!!! How!!! I went to the one on Winchester. They just need to shut this McDonald’s down!!! When you ask for the number of the GM or store supervisor or the name they act like they don’t know. And it’s not posted anywhere. It’s just a horrible store. They need to clean house and get some employees that care and want to do their job. Yes it’s fast food but service is everything. I’m calling corporate because something needs to be done and looked into.

Waste of a effin’ breath this place is. Probably no good after 8pm on the account of their slow service. Can’t ring up a mobile order because the food isn’t made yet? I waited in the drive thru for 15 mins behind a car who was at a barely working speaker box. Stop giving your money to incompetent businesses that hire piss poor performance

Food had hair in it and was luke warm the morning shift manager working around 7:20am tall dark skinned guy was very rude and unprofessional be prepared to be judged and stereotyped by your sexual preferences when patronizing this establishment.

Ordered through the app, expected to be in line a very short period of time. Instead, i sat in line for atleast 10 minutes for food i already paid for. And the girl working at the window, for both lanes, took everyone’s order before mine despite me being there long before they were as they continued arriving instead of alternating lanes. A gentleman who was also in line waiting (moved from my line to the other since it was now empty) informed the girl that I was still waiting and she replied with “i know”. More than likely not revisiting this location again any time soon.

Very quick and convenient very clean bathrooms floors and all lots of parking places even for handicapped and disabled people !!!!!

Parking: Unlimited spots to park very convenient ?

Kid-friendliness: Have activities for kids to play are the parents or whoever they're with can order the food peacefully with comfort

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility and any other disability people they welcome each and everybody as soon as you come through the door !!!!
