Drive through order, 2 Big macs, 2 filet o fish and large fry. I find both of the big macs only have one burger patty on them once I get home. This is after I had to pull ahead and wait on my order. Is it that difficult to make a simple burger correctly?

We had a mobile order for the drive thru and the took forever so i went inside then they said we had to be outside in the drive thru they said the were slow cuz of a shift change but when i was in side one girl said im to sick for this and when i looked up she didn’t have a mask on that it unsanitary and disgusting i went back outside and waited forever again and no one answer the speaker box i finally got to the window and they were rude not listening to what i said and trying to brush me off will always do curbside from now on IF i come back

Came to get food in drive Thur got there at 10:15 pm and was told to was a minute I ended up waiting over 30 minutes they lost alot of customers got tired of waiting I'm leaving at 10:43pm
This shit cold and hard. The fries was dip so they can be hot but they was also old! Broken windows y’all just lazy as hell! Don’t matter the time! Make the damn food fresh! What if this was my last $19 n I can’t enjoy my meal

Legit the WORST MCDONALD'S in Memphis. Did not receive my order and when I tried to return the food the only employee I saw was NOT taking orders and was on her phone. Meanwhile the line is wrapped to the street....9pm on a Saturday night. The inside isn't suppose to close till 11 and yet the door was LOCKED

Do not come around the hours of 2:30 am. Not sure if they are changing shifts. But the staff is very irritable and short with words. Shift change I guess but that doesn't excuse the behavior at the window. Customer service at this time... Not so friendly.

I can’t give stars for anything else because there was about 3 people in the first window chatting it up and there was a line of cars and they were not answering any cars open with no service and when I drove by they waved like it was a joke on 5/15/25 at 11pm if you have employees clocked in that night they were not working not answering cars and letting the line sit there. they make McDonald and Memphis in general look bad just horrible I will contact management then corporate until those people there was a total of 4 people that were there I hope they are fired seems like they don’t even want the job anyways
