Terrible experience. The lady that took my order, had an extreme attitude. She was also unable to take my order down in the way that I presented it to her. I Had to go inside because I thought I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Turns out I wasn’t charged for it. As I was standing there waiting in all of this, the same lady that was taking my order was making a drink and proceeded to curse out loud where everyone in line heard her.

Will never go back to this McDonald’s again and I warn all who do. Make a better choice and go elsewhere. The restaurant and obviously owner of this McDonald’s have no intention of creating decent meals or any sort of acceptable service. It’s like they pride themselves on wrong orders. Badly cooked meals. And complete and utter rudeness and apathy. I don’t generally write reviews but I’m going to for this visit. And I’ll be writing corporate not that they will do anything about it. Seriously didn’t think a McDonald’s could be this bad…. Never again. Never ever ever again. So bad. Drank the drink that was wrong. Ordered a meal. Asked for doctor pepper. Got some sort of diet drink. The meal itself I tossed. Cold. Dry. Nasty.

I'm a McDonald's sweet tea and hashbrown girl. I'm there for it every time! On this run, I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal with a large sweet tea. The sandwich and hashbrown was piping hot. The tea wasn't sweet enough for me, so when the light ice melted, I was done. I had a mobile order and went through the drive thru without any issues. The ladies at both windows were pleasant.

I love this McDonald's! They are clean and always get my order right. I usually order for me and my 4 kids so it's convenient to just order on the app and pick up from there location.
I will say this because I have experienced it. I wouldn't trust handing my card over to the cashiers here. because I did this and the same day had like 60 dollars taken out my card and they tried to take another one the same day at a later time, luckily my card was locked the second time.
This happed a few months ago. But that's the only weird experience I've had here. I only use the McDonald's app now to order all my food. I still love this McDonald's!! Just be aware some people will take advantage of saving your card info just to benefit themselves!

This is one of my favorite locations in the area. I always get fresh food and my order is never wrong. The manager works just as hard as the employees and handles issues swiftly and well. My son loves them also.

Charged the car in front of me for my more expensive order. Tried to talk me into paying for their order while just letting them pay for my more expensive order. Acted like not wanting to take someone else’s money was an imposition on them. Ended up charging them AND me for the more expensive order. Got multiple items wrong in the order. 7/25/25 1:00pm
