The frappe machine is always down. The cashier forgot to give me my change, so the manager had an attitude when she had to come to the window. Then they made my breakfast sandwich wrong. The lady at the second window told me to keep the one they made wrong and they would make me another one the way I asked for it (no cheese). But the same manager, who still had a bad attitude, came to the window and asked for the sandwich back and my receipt. It was wrung up correctly, but they made it wrong. I don't really like McDonald's anyway but went because my daughter wanted to go. It just seems like no matter which one you go to, there's always an issue.

Just came to a 24 hour location, pull up to order with no answer, pull around to window ask associate if closed and she say no. Then another associate walk up to window and say we ain’t taking no orders lol a whole joke waste of time and gas. As a GM of a store, I can’t understand how people get away with stuff like this. Is there not a district/regional manager that check on locations?

At 2:40 ish today. My strawberry cream cheese pie that I paid for is not in my bag. This Shamrock Shake is liquid. I've given this McDonald's several chances and it's more hits than miss. But they want $15/hrs when I'm the one that needs to check my bag, fix my shake, order from an app. Do they want the app to do that too? ?

We waited in drive-thur for at least 10 minutes. I was told to hold a minute. Why are we holding when no one is in drive-thur. When I go inside one of the managers was eating on the floor. My Order was wrong.

Ordered just a sweet tea on the app to pick up at the counter. Went inside and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with them just looking at me from the back, went to the bathroom, came back out and they told me they didn't have sweet tea or any sodas... Gave me lemonade instead. Went over to the soda machine and there was soda.

They really need to train their teams in customer service, and its awful that a lot if these fast food places are more concern with the timer your vehicle is sitting on, not because of you, but because of them, so the give fast and horrible service, not fast, let me make a correction, fast move you off that timer, move you to the window to wait.
