The last 2 times I have been here in the past month have been horrible! Everytime I came they tell me to pull forward to the 2nd window and I have to wait 10 minutes, Then somebody comes to the window asking what I ordered. Everybody in here needs to be fired.

My meal wasn't prepared correctly & fries hot but under cooked. Didn't get what I paid for & felt very nauseated after eating portion I ate & 2 hrs later still very nauseated! Definitely wouldn't recommend or return!!! UGH 😒 😏 😒

This is one of the best McDonald's in the Memphis area in my opinion. I go here often for a quick lunch break and have never had an issue with any of my food. I order ahead on the app and walk down to pick it up and I hardly have to wait any more than 5 mins. Food quality is consistent and on the rare occasion there has been an error, the staff fixed it quickly. Also the prices at this McDonald's are slightly lower and much more consistent compared to others.

They gave me a cup of coffee was lots of coffee grounds at the bottom very nasty someone need to remove the coffee from the menu 😔 and they had got my order wrong I asked for steak and egg and cheese bagel not bacon and egg and cheese bagel put people in position that know what they doing
I can’t believe I literally just had to put french fries on my hot and spicy for it to actually taste good so dry and the service was terrible. The lady didn’t even say you’re welcome or even notice that I was there to pick up my mobile order inside antisocial employees.. Just can’t beat them.

I like coming to this McDonald's because it is at a good distance from work. However, the customer service is not the best. The inside is always clean, but I miss the game tables. I used to come here more often with my kids. Again, customer service needs to improve.
