Terrible customer service. I ordered a coffee and asked for cream and Splenda inside and the lady gave me everything separately. When I asked her could she make it (which every location usually does this without asking) because I had somewhere to be, she coughed without covering her mouth. So obviously, I did it myself. So disgusting. Will never return.

One Worker, One Massive Problem — McDonald’s, You Must Do Better
Last night, at around 11:00 PM, I went through the drive-thru at my local McDonald’s expecting a quick late-night meal. It was a typical stop at a familiar fast-food chain. But what I experienced was far from typical — it was deeply concerning and honestly disheartening.
As I pulled into the drive-thru lane, I noticed it was moving slowly. There were about six cars ahead of me. At first, I didn’t think much of it. Late nights can get busy, and sometimes the staff is a little light. But as I waited... and waited... and waited, it became clear that something more was going on.
When I finally reached the speaker box to place my order — nearly 20 minutes after I had pulled in — I was greeted by a voice that sounded tired, overwhelmed, and alone. I asked if everything was okay and was told, politely but honestly, “Sorry about the wait, I’m the only one here tonight.”
Let that sink in: one single employee running the entire McDonald’s drive-thru — alone — at 11:00 PM on a busy night.

The last 2 times I have been here in the past month have been horrible! Everytime I came they tell me to pull forward to the 2nd window and I have to wait 10 minutes, Then somebody comes to the window asking what I ordered. Everybody in here needs to be fired.
