At 11:07pm with approximately 15 cars in the drive thru they come to the speaker to say that they are closed. Just close the whole location, service of any kind is NONEXISTENT. You're better off driving to ANY OTHER location than this one.

The Heat was out, we had to go inside from a pick up order only to get glare at and a 10 minutes long waiting. we where able to talk to someone, after so long and it smelled like heavy weed inside the building. Very unsanitary.

Went this morning got a big breakfast with scrambled egg and a McBride meal no egg. I got a big breakfast with folded egg no sausage and a McBride with a folded egg. Took it back they gave me a sausage but took the egg and I didn't worry bout the mcgriddle I would just take the egg off. I was half way home when I noticed so I called. Got back up there and they had an attitude with me.. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT THOMAS LOCATION.

Horrible they didn’t have hot cakes in the orange juice machine was broke. I was there for about 30 minutes. The only reason I wasn’t mad the manager in the black tights was so thick….

I order from this location often and never have issues with the food quality! However the workers there…day in day out, season to season are just ghetto and rude! Lack professionalis, ethics, morals and home training! Wouldn’t let them run a dog shelter!!
