So today I was with my sister to order a burger. A lady at the front counter was handing the burger and was being disrespectful towards me and my sister. My Sister was shocked or spooked when this all happened. We wanted to leave with the burger. Nothing more or nothing less. All of a sudden, The lady used “is it because I’m black?” Sentence. Like excuse me? But what. Race has NOTHING towards a burger that my sister payed for. The lady was clearly upset but still, don’t take your anger out on a child like that. Just take a break or go home, and stay off the phone if it’s causing you any problems or stopping you from doing your job. And she ended up saying “I’m a nice person” and “goodbye, and have a good day” like what, you’re not gonna say sorry?. At least you could have done that. Service bad, 0/5 stars (if that’s even a option)

Alright ima just say it the food is great and the place is clean but...I must say the service isn't the greatest because today I was just trying to get my sandwich because I've been waiting when it finally came out the employee asked who's this is for i said it was mine she asked for the name I told the employee. I was trying to get my sandwich she kept taking the bag away from me I said "thank you, can I please get my bag" while my hand was shaking a bit, the employee asked what's wrong I said because you're kinda scaring me the employee said is it because I'm black, I said no of course not but they kept making me seem like I was the bad guy, after i got my sandwich the employee started cursing at me as I left...

If you think going to this location will be quicker because it’s the closest to you, think again. Don’t expect to be greeted or even talked to while you are there. No one is actually taking orders, only the screens inside and mobile orders. They take 10 minutes to make 1 order and you’ll be sitting there for at least 30 minutes questioning why you didn’t go around the corner and down the street to the highland location instead. I literally watched the lady making mobile orders lose an order bc she stuck the printed receipt sticker to one side of the bag and then another one to the other side of the SAME BAG. Order was lost. I don’t understand how they make their jobs look so hard.
