Worst McDonald's ever. Customer service is non existent. Had a mobile order and waited at the curbside for almost 20 minutes before I decided to just go inside. Got inside and stood in the spot for curbside or online. No one addressed me till about 10 seconds asking did I have a curbside I responded yes. He then hands me my frappe with caramel running down the sides and a bag with my order. My food was old and my bun was almost over cooked. I left and was very disappointed. No one even apologized for me having to come in...

This McDonald's is a prime example of how and why restaurants go broke, and we as the consumers end up paying more across the board. You can literally go there with 5 to 6 people inside "working", and they won't answer the drive through and have the place locked up riding the clock. It's embarrassing as a Memphian that so many places here don't succeed because of this mindset. Whether it's robbing a Fed Ex truck in daylight in the middle of traffic or swarming a store 50 deep walking out with stuff like it's Katrina. Smdh

Even MacD is not quite cheap these days! I ordered a spicy crunchy chicken ( or, whatever the name is), meal in drive through. I had to wait for some moments and then she handed it to me. While driving out the way I realised she gave no straw with my drink ???? . I was terribly thirsty and that was the reason that i ordered a meal. Now, without a straw I had to open the lid and drank it while driving. It was a mess! The food was not quite great- it was hot, but on the colder side. The fries were terrible without any seasoning. The sandwich was bad with the chicken patty being quite hard inside. A total flop and disaster in the name of dinner!
