There was no sense of urgency when I arrived (only one person ahead of me, soliciting ). There was an obvious shift change but the lead was not concerned with a smooth transition. One person clocked in and served me. Therein, I learned that most of the menu items I wanted was not available including an iced fountain drink. We all have grown to expect the ice-cream and milkshake to be out of order! Lastly all this wait for cold food!
