The manager does not know what to do with staff. I ordered a sweet tea and lemonade mix and the girl gave me coffee and lemonade mix started laughing and the manager really active nonchalant like she didn't care she gave me my other drink but it makes me question how would they treat someone else you know with a poison someone what would they do and it's all girls there making people wait store was no uproar because they were waiting for 20-30 minutes the employees were getting rude with customers because we were asking are you going to serve us are we going to get our meals are we going to you know but for you to yell back you going to wait on your order and we've been in there for 30 minutes That's a problem people from the drive-thru were coming in the store and stating they were in drive-thru for20 to 30 minutes good was cold not right just sad staff. This makes McDonald look bad

To start off walked in went to restroom and no one in line to order food. Came out of restroom and there was probably 20 people. My husband was about 3rd in line. The cashier was absolutely rude once she became overwhelmed with the crowd. And even walked away. The next lady that walked up to step in her place tried her best to whip it in order but with the lack of work ethic she was dealing with of the other employees she was pulling the load for the most part. Pretty bad experience overall. Food not good at all. Nuggets ordered you could tell they had just been cooked but just didn't taste good, maybe the oil quality. Not sure.
Oh and the lady that stepped up did try to stop people from coming in begging customers to buy them food in her McDonalds. I did think that was good.

This on is pretty good as far as the food, I've never had to send anything back to be remade. Although you guys could keep the lobby a bit more neater

The server at this place was unprofessional and bad
I asked for mayo and they told me they didn’t have any but I could clearly see the mayo packets
Not to mention the store was very hot inside they had no AC

I placed a mobile order at 11:15 pm and when I got there they stated they are closed. This has happened several times (4 times) when I arrived at the McDonald on Third Street. You all need to fix this problem because it is hard to get a refund from the mobile app once it is placed.

The outside is gross, never open up On Time (never an apology), staff sucks, didn’t receive my food as ordered (as usual), my frappe cup was sticky and leaking, and morning manager attitude is mustiiii! Truckers don’t spend a penny here! STAY AWAY!

I’ve never seen as many employees in one McDonalds.
With That being said not one single person was working. Took 30+ minutes to get a burger. No fries no meal. Just a burger. Maybe see what they all doing back there because it’s damn sure not working

I bought 2 meals my patties were burnt and cold looks like they redropping old food nuggets old fries cold I'm high pissed I was on my way to work grabbed my son food I didn't want to stop somewhere else but never again 5/31/2025 I wish I could take a picture the Third and Brooks McDonald's definitely one of the worst

We ordered a latte and a cappuccino from their self-service menu. After we'd paid, an employee came and said they couldn't make the coffee as the espresso machine wasn't working and asked if we wanted something else. We said no, that we would prefer to get our money back. After asking her supervisor, she said, she's had so many refunds that she doesn't want to give a refund and that she would try to make the coffee anyway. What she delivered had syrup in it and whipped cream on the top. We had asked for a plain latte and cappuccino. The next time they just brought normal black coffee with milk in it, which we had already said we didn't want. The communication was slow and everyone seemed so grumpy and as if they didn't care at all. Finally after 10 minutes and with people cueing up behind us, she agreed to give us our refund! There is just no excuse for not being service-minded, and for not giving someone a refund when you can't give them what they ordered.
