I visit this place occasionally and usually enjoy the food, but after today, I won’t be returning. The customer service from the woman working at the front was unacceptable. She spoke to me as if I were one of her children, which I found extremely disrespectful. She also rushed me through my order and seemed dismissive of the items I asked for.
I always pay for any extras I request, including sauces, so I’m not sure what her issue was today. Regardless, her attitude did not reflect good customer service.

The a/c and drink machine is fixed. My food was HOT, although I got skimped on my fish with what appeared to be a nugget. I also requested an extra slaw at the time of purchase...didn't get it. C'mon OG!!

Got sum hot wings,and they wasn't hot .Taste like honey hot..The cook had a freaking attitude..Got 30 pieces but he said I could only get two flavors but sign said 3 flavors..that's why small businesses can't succeed because of terrible customer service..The lady who took the order was nice and considerate..Doubt if we go back again

Absolutely love this place, I come all the way from Mississippi just for their wings and fish. Each time I am never disappointed.
They have some of the BEST FISH! Would highly recommend! They even have good slaw and tater sauce as well! They get my business at least 2 or 3 times a week

I ordered 2 manager's specials (3 whole wings, 5 catfish strips and fries), 1 with honey hot wings, 1 with hot wings. When I got home (Southaven), none of my wings had sauce after waiting 40 minutes even though when I called in my order I was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes. The guy who answered the phone when I called about my order had no answer and asked if I wanted to speak to the "boss". Of course I was upset and the boss told me to watch my attitude. He finally agreed for me to go back to get what I actually ordered. I requested that everything was replaced because it was cold. Before I left home I purposely pulled meat from one of the wings so I'd know if they gave me the same wings and just dipped them in sauce. I asked a few times when I received my food if everything was prepared fresh and was assured that it was. The fish and fries were hot to touch so I assumed that they'd told me the truth. When I got back home I saw that the wing I'd punched off was at the bottom with the other 2 wings on top. If they hadn't already closed, then I would've taken both plates back for a full refund. That "boss" was the worst ever!!
