I used to love this place I recently moved back home and the first two times I ate there the cook did a amazing job Tuesday I went with my son and sat in to eat lunch with him and I asked them to fry my chicken a little hard like the last cook did cause it’s nasty when it’s soggy of course they didn’t do what I ask and it was soggy and nasty the fish tasted like it sat in water all night it was disgusting not only that as I’m trying to enjoy the food a roach came running across the table I jumped up and told my son we not gone eat it here I told them it was a roach ran across the table and they said nothing my son wanted another tartar because I told him we can eat in the car and they had the nerve to change him 85 cents I just laughed and said I’ll never come back here again the guy at front was kind of nice but he always looked like he just didn’t care never again

I tried to patronize this business on a Friday night at 8pm because the hours posted stated 9 closing. I was met by a gentleman at a locked door that simply said "We closed" then walked away.

Been to the Riverdale location 3 times and the staff were friendly. I ordered the catfish and okra every time. The restaurant is small but clean. I recommend it.

Straight up trash. I should've known they weren't going to be good because of how fast they came out. I ordered at the counter and the food came out maybe 5 mins later. The wings were old and had no flavor. Maybe their fresh wings are better, but I'll never find out.
If I could give them a 0 I would. This place is horrible. I'm not understanding how they could have the name Memphis Best ? . If I had more hands I would give them 4 thumbs down ?

Went here for the Fish and it was A1 phi. The fries was soft but it wasn't their fault I just forgot to ask them to cook them a little longer so they can be a lil crispy

I personally had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I am concerned about the people who manage this establishment. When attempting to place a take-out order The young lady that ran the register, threw away the receipt for my order. When I arrived back 30 minutes later, the lady Had to pull my receipt out of the trashcan to find the order, but she also could not read the receipt. The lady seemed unbothered and did not apologize for throwing away the receipt or not having the order ready in the time that was given. I believe the people that manage this location Have an incompetent employee that they did not put in a position to succeed.
