“Worst food and worst restaurant I’ve ever visited. The quality was cheap and not worth the price. Very poor maintenance with long waiting times that ruined the experience. Overall, terrible service and not recommended at all.”🙏😱🤮

I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for a long time, but my last two experiences have been very disappointing. I ordered two biryanis through Uber Eats, and the food was stale. The rice was soggy, the peas smelled rotten, and the chicken didn’t taste fresh at all. Honestly, I don’t even know how long they’ve been preserving this chicken in the freezer, but it definitely didn’t taste like it was freshly cooked.

Before placing my second order, I even called the restaurant and specifically asked if the biryani was fresh. The lady confirmed it was, but when the food arrived, it was in the same spoiled condition. My order was placed at 7 PM, delivered around 8:30 PM, and I ate it at 9:30 after reheating—but the food was clearly not fresh from the beginning.

When I called to explain the issue, the staff treated me as if I was lying. They claimed I ate one biryani and tried to return the other, which is not true. I returned both biryanis (except the small portion I served on my plate) the very next day. Their response was even worse—they told me that if the food is spoiled, I need to bring it back immediately. Honestly, I’m not free to drop everything and drive 10 miles at night just to prove food is spoiled. I called the very next day when I had time, and instead of addressing the problem, they dismissed me and said any biryani would spoil the next day. That’s not true—the biryani was spoiled the very minute it arrived.

It’s very disappointing to be treated this way as a paying customer. I don’t waste my time or money just to make up stories about food quality. The whole point of ordering online is to get reliable food delivered, not to be told that I must drive back immediately to show them bad food.

This was my second bad experience in a row, and it shows a lack of quality control and respect for customers. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Wow im so disappointed with this place. I ordered nan and paneer. The nan was sooo old and hard it couldnt even be pulled apart. It was hard as a ROCK. The paneer was dry and tasted old and the portion was all sauce mostly.

This place is an awesome hidden gem! It's a bit expensive, but well worth the money. It's the best Indian food I've had in Memphis. Very good!

The worst-looking Indian restaurant in Memphis.
Their seating arrangement and table, chairs will make you feel like you are in a cheap roadside restaurant in India, which actually does not feel really good. The restrooms are below standard. Food quality is actually good. The quantity is also great. They really need better chair-tables.

My go to place. Food is authentic. Of course there is good and bad for any place but the owner never let us down with their excellent service. Always greets us with a big smile.
Never left this place disappointed.

The worst food experience I have had in a long time. I arrived on time based on when the previously ordered food would be ready. They had no staff at all in the restaurant and said the grocery employees said that nobody had showed up on time. They could not give me a time or other answer regarding my order or potential refund. Incredibly unprofessional management and a major waste of time and money. Could not recommend against this place strongly enough.

The workers in the grocery area are rude when you first enter the building. The service is slow and unsanitary in the kitchen. When I arrived, the restaurant cashier was sitting at a table playing with his bare feet. When my food was ready, he proceeded to get up, walk behind the counter, and began to bag my food, opening containers and touching unwrapped cutlery, all without washing his hands. When I asked if he was going to wash his hands, he told me he did already as if I hadn't been watching him.
