Burn black hard rice and peas , meat drowning in sugar up gravy and the cabbage taste off and nasty smh both food taste overnight .. the chef or whoever cook and fix these 2 plates show no pride or respect for customers ....

I had my mind set on some Jamaican food for my birthday. After some research based off the reviews I just knew this place was going to be good. However that wasn't the case. My birthday came around, 1/9. My husband and I came in for dinner around 6ish. We patiently waited for our food for about 20-25 minutes. I'm going to say this as nicely as possible. The food wasn't it for me. I had the Jerk Chicken, 3 piece with mac & cheese and cabbage with carrots. My husband got the oxtails with rasta pasta & rice and peas. The rice and peas was dry, and overcooked. The rasta pasta, absolutely not. Ox tails had more fat than meat. The Jerk chicken had no Jamaican flavor, it was more salty then anything. The mac& cheese was also salty and was not pleasing to my palate. The cabbage and carrots were the only thing that tasted good. Lastly, I was thinking we were getting fresh food. My husband got up to get our food to see them warming up our food in the microwave. I will never come back to this place of business. I've had Jamaican food before and this place didn't taste anything like that experience.

This my second time coming here, and i must say they never upset me. The first visit i got the large oxtail plate. This visit i got the curry chicken, white rice, and cabbage it was so good. The food was fresh and well seasoned. I still have half of my plate, i thought i ate majority but nope still have a full plate. I highly recommend, I had to come here since i won’t be back home until next year. 🇯🇲

They lost loyal customer today with these dry plantains and uncooked rice, unacceptable.
Last time I came here the food was excellent as well the service. I just left and I asked why I didn’t receive my food in the black container like the last time. The lady made me feel like I was asking an inappropriate question. Somewhat patronizing me! I didn’t appreciate it. I won’t give any star reviews today! Somewhat pissed off and haven’t eaten yet! It looks good but I was displeased with how she actually spoke to me. Coming all the way from Arkansas for this food! Not a good look! Be blessed dear and hope your customer service is better towards other people without the nice nasty!

My family and I enjoyed the restaurant. The cashier was friendly and did not mind explaining the meal choices to us. Our meals were similar. We had oxtails, jerk pasta and cabbage. The oxtails and chicken were good. The pasta was a little too salty for us. The cabbage was softer than I like cooked. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

I really had a taste for some oxtails. I paid $45 for an oxtail plate through uber eats. This place made me a chicken plate instead. Chicken and oxtails are two different things and I know they know that and can read. Never again!!!
