Food was meh, nothing to call home about. Service was ok. Got the bbq plate and seasonal wheat beer. Could get better value elsewhere, but I guess these are airport prices.

When my wife and I were here in April the waitress was very nice and attentive, the food and drinks were really good. No complaints. My experience today - by myself - night and day.

I walked up to an empty space at the bar, and it was filthy. The bartender (an older, white gentleman) asked how he could help me, I kindly asked if he had something to wipe the counter. He literally took some napkins and wet them with water to wipe the counter - I was appalled and should've walked away then! I asked for a Perfect Patron, but he didn't know how to make it. So, I asked him to give me a minute and I'd think of something else I'd like to drink. He chuckled and walked away. I sat there for 10 minutes, he never came back to me. I watched as he helped other customers, cleaned up, etc. I looked at the food menu because I was also hungry. Another 10 minutes went by; he helped some other people, cleaned some more, even went to the bathroom - never even looked in my direction. After that, I just grabbed my bags, got up and left. So, rude and disrespectful! I hate to play the "race card", but I was the only brown-skinned person at the bar. I fly in and out of this airport very often and we ALWAYS eat here, but I'm sure there's better places in the airport to eat. Please believe we'll be seeking them out next time we're here.

Wanted to grab a bite before we needed to board. The QR code menu doesn't work. One server said she'd be with us in a minute, then left, then came back and asked if our order had been taken. We said no, then she left again (without taking our order), and we never got any help from anyone else. We just left and decided to get something somewhere else. Based on other reviews, it looks like we dodged a bullet. Hard to believe they were nominated for "Best Airport Bar" with service like this.

Tables were sticky and dirty. Electronic ordering didn't work. Staff themselves were helpful, could have used more staff.

Ordered the salmon Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing. The dressing was inedible. Just nasty. The salad was very good, and the service was great and accommodating. The music was way too loud when seated at the bar.

The server wasn’t clear that I needed to tap place order again after it said “see server” the first time I tapped it. Server didn’t communicate that AT ALL. 30 minute go by and still no beans and coleslaw. That’s all I ordered. Another employee asked if everything was alright, I said there was a hiccup but it seems to be taken care of he asks what the hiccup was I explained, he then proceeds to tell me there are no more beans and would I like to order something else. I said no thank you and cancelled the order because at no point, after the 30 minutes and after it was made clear my order wasn’t submitted initially, she didn’t say one item wasn’t available, and I told her what the items where before she went to check about it the first time so how she didn’t come back and inform me they weren’t available at the same time she said I needed to have pressed submit order a second time?? Piss poor communication and service.

I see why your score is so low. I purchased a to go drink (sprite) 4.16 and you had no lid. you could have said that up front. So while I wanted to enjoy my drink in flight, I had to toss my newly purchased drink to board the plane. WHY? NO LID!!!!!

This place cannot serve quickly. You must have at least an 1.5 hours and still not worth it.

The service is beyond subpar. They want you to order thru a QR code, yet completely ignore you. No water, even when you ask. They don't bring your drink unless you ask. Waited over 30 mins for half of our order, then another 10 mins for the rest of the subpar food.

The food is not even worth even if the service was fast.
Turkey avocado has no avocado.
The dry rub wings are sprinkled with seasoning as an after thought. My fries were completely uncooked. My son got cooked fries, so I know the difference.

I feel a portion of my meal should be comped, but no one there to complain to. They truly could care less.

They use the excuse they are busy, but open tables EVERYWHERE.

Had the BBQ plate, didn't have an option for pulled pork, only chicken. The chicken was okay, the ribs were good. BBQ tots are just tots with some BBQ seasoning on them. Beers were good, I had the Drew's day off and the plaid attack.

Enjoy waiting 29min for a turkey avocado sandwich which doesnt come with avocado. The discovery of partially frozen tater tots in a to-go box seals the deal.The bartender managed to not manage to redo the receipts of the 3 people to the left and 3 people to the right of me. Luckily I ran to the gate in time for boarding group 7.The only thing sadder than the sandwich is the next batman movie. If you like watching train wrecks at the dinner rush then this is your love letter.
