By far the worst and slowest bar tender just passes right by you after sitting there for several of minutes!!

Terrible service. Had to remind the server multiple times about my order. She brought me the wrong beer and ignored me when I asked for condiments. Food was room temperature and bland. Server took over 15 minutes to get me the check when I asked for it so I almost missed my flight. Choose another place to eat or drink if you want good service at the airport.

After sitting for 40 min right by the kitchen door, after the bartender pointed us in the direction. Never was even addressed. We went to the bar couldn’t find an employee for 8 min. The bartender acts like it’s every guests problem that the company doesn’t stock their bar and kitchen to match the menu. Then with no time to eat we asked for some waters at the bar after they finally came back. We had to fight for those as “you cannot sit at the bar without being a paying customer”. Well you can’t be a paying customer when the staff is terrible. I would bypass this place until they can close it down and open a proper place of service. If you do not like your job….. find. Another one. That doesn’t deal with people.

Good beer. Mediocre BBQ. TERRIBLE service, SLOW. people all around me were concerned they’d miss their flights. Starts with those QR codes on the table. They will not talk to you, or even make eye contact so you can get their attention, when the stupid online ordering doesn’t work. Won’t bring the check, because they’re hoping you paid online already. Will never eat here again, despite the quality beer.

The service is undeniably the worst I have ever experienced in or out of an airport. I was excited to try a local beer. I sat at a table and when the server finally came by I asked for a menu, she pointed and said scan it, you can order or I can do it. It took a good minute for the menu to load then I had to toggle through several pages just to get to the beer list. The server came back and I ordered a beer and asked for the table to get wiped as it was extremely sticky, she responded 'doesn't matter if I wipe it, it will still stay sticky'. She then asked if I wanted to move because she can't put my order in, I said yes I would like to move and she said 'there's no tables' at the time a gentleman got up from the bar and I said I will move to the bar, she kinda waved her hand. I then sat at the bar and watched her serve 3 other tables, she didn't attempt to tell me I need to order from the bartender and the bartender never acknowledged me or attempted to serve me, after 5 minutes of just watching, I finally got up and left. Really too bad because if we would have liked the beer we would have probably looked for while visiting Memphis in the future.

This was a great stop Bartender was Awesome, allof the staff was great! The Chicken quinoa bowl was delicious
