10/10 Best first impression ever, I love a black owned business with excellent quality from top to bottom. Y'all just don't know, my husband and I landed here after struggling to find a decent place to eat for breakfast. This could have easily been my last straw for the day, lol but y'all turned my morning around with good food and good people ❤️ I REALLY enjoyed the shrimp and grits. It had the perfect flavor and the perfect texture. I also had a nice big waffle on the side that was perfectly cooked. Customer service was excellent, the waitress and hostess are very nice and welcoming... I'm eating my leftovers as I write this review, the food is still just as good 😁

This was such a lovely experience and filled with nostalgia for me. My grandmother once ran a business from that location and they have a picture of her on the wall. I am her namesake so it was really special. The food was so good. I had the chicken and waffles. Those wings were perfection! The service from Ro was excellent. I met the owner and he was so kind. It felt like home. The space is thoughtfully curated and they take pride in it being in the neighborhood of Smokey City North Memphis...as do I. That is where I was born and raised! 👍🏾👍🏾

Family Enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Neither of us were able to finish our pancakes. My husband and son ordered a side of grits and they were wonderful. We got a chance to speak with one of the owners. She gave us a tip on frying chicken. 🥰

Food could definitely be better for the price, portions for crops are a bit on the skimpy side and employees are not in uniform making it hard to tell who to talk to when ordering to go. The atmosphere was decent but definitely gave off the bar vibe. Might give it another try.
Nice vibe, mediocre food, good service. They have thick pancakes instead flapjacks. Food was filling, but pretty bland. Cheese on eggs was cold. Bacon was baked or air fryer. Butter packets and cold syrup on table. Not that different than a cracker barrel. If you're seated by a window on the kitchen side you will be blinded by the Sun.
