10/10 Best first impression ever, I love a black owned business with excellent quality from top to bottom. Y'all just don't know, my husband and I landed here after struggling to find a decent place to eat for breakfast. This could have easily been my last straw for the day, lol but y'all turned my morning around with good food and good people ❤️ I REALLY enjoyed the shrimp and grits. This was such a lovely experience and filled with nostalgia for me. My grandmother once ran a business from that location and they have a picture of her on the wall. I am her namesake so it was really special. The food was so good. I had the chicken and waffles. Those wings were perfection! The service from Ro was excellent. I met the owner and he was so kind. It felt like home. The space is thoughtfully curated and they take pride in it being in the neighborhood of Smokey City...
Family Enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Neither of us were able to finish our pancakes. My husband and son ordered a side of grits and they were wonderful. We got a chance to speak with one of the owners. She gave us a tip on frying chicken. 🥰
