I was heartbroken to see the Watkins location had closed sometime in August. I hope they just moved to a new location and arent gone. Pizza was excellent. :(

Great atmosphere for Sunday brunch. Live jazz really added to the experience.

I purchased an herbivore pizza without cheese and had paid extra for extra toppings (arugula and mushrooms). When I arrived to pick up the pizza I left a cash tip and did not notice until I got to my car that the pizza had cheese on it. I brought the pizza back in and they were really very nice - they offered to immediately remake the pizza and deliver it to us. Half an hour later, we got the delivery but it was still not what we ordered. Instead of a loaded vegetable pizza, it was just dough, sauce, and basil. Basically, a margherita pizza without the cheese. It was not the $20 pizza that we had ordered and paid extra for. I normally really love this restaurant and I love everything that they do for the community, but I am pretty disappointed in this particular experience. Getting an order wrong twice, taking over an hour and a half, and overcharging us for something we never received is quite annoying.

I was looking forward to having brunch here...The waitress seemed nice...After about 25 min on waiting patiently (and what felt like forever), the waitress came back to inform me that the restaurant oven is taking a while to heat, and she mentioned my pizza it will take about 15-20 min to get cooked through...I then informed the waitress just give me the scramble and biscuits and gravy (in my mind, i figured it wouldnt take long)...Well 5 min later, i see a party of 6 young Caucasian adults beside me get their order before me....I then got up, and asked the cooks how long will it be for my food to get done--they both looked dumbfounded...So, i told the waitress i had...I will just pay for my mango drink...I cant wait forever on my food; especially when i came before the larger group beside me...The waitress who i thought was nice, changed her happy mood into indifference, and said "dont worry about your drink."....If she would have been concerned as to why i was irritated or getting impatient, but she didn't. This place sucks...The service is awful...The only thing that was enjoyable was the live musicians playing while i wait on my food. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

It’s my favorite place to drop in for a good drink and GREAT FOOD! The spring rolls are my new favorite! Wish I had taken pics, but I gobbled everything up so fast, I forgot!

Midtown Crossing has been my husband and I's favorite midtown restaurant since we moved to Memphis 2 years ago. Usually only the locals are aware of this hidden gem. It's a small building but you don't notice since the food is incredibly good. They make everything from scratch and bake it in their fire brick ovens. Local fun events are hosted inside and the owner/chef creates unique dishes for special occasions. On Saturdays and Sundays they feature an awesome brunch menu with $2 mimosas that you can't beat. Hit them up if you want to leave a restaurant satisfied

They have a killer lunch special, two slices of pizza and a drink for $5. The pizza is fresh, and the patio is pet friendly.
