The staff is horrible. Always on their phone even during our transaction. Tables are filthy but between customers they are on their cell phones. I wouldn't go here, no pride in their work. Just gross.

Popped in here for ice cream as it was so hot out. Good range and generous portion actually two scoops was more than I could eat. Delicious ice cream. It was around 5pm so I think it was near end of day for them which might explain the dirty floor and unclean tables

Visiting the shop was pretty depressing. The candy shelves and displays were empty. The tables and chairs were sparse, leaving wide open space making it look worse. The right side of the store was vacant despite there being a counter and the left side had a few flavors of ice cream, which was expensive for a simple scoop. Would not return.

Very poor service, ordered two double dip cones and was handed 1. They have to make more for tomorrow I was told, they clearly had some and I could see them. I just got a gormless looks off them, so walked away with just one cone when they could of sold me two.

Only ice cream was available. The space for candy and baked goods was closed. The staff and the ice cream were just OK.

It was worth every dollar and every step i took around graceland. If you're counting calories close your eyes ???

This place was a disappointment. If you are being forced to close because of lack of funding or shortage of products and employees, just close then. But, when open at least clean the place and have a menu that you actually serve! This was the nastiest, dirtiest place I have eaten out in a while! Also, bad customer service! Not a good impression for our last stop at Graceland!

4:06 pm on a SaturdayRefused to make a milkshake, a banana split, or anything OTHER than throwing a scoop of ice cream in a cup. Drink machine down. Iced coffee machine down. And nothing but 4 bottles of water in the drink cooler.The girl (Kenzie (I believe) with glasses) was trying to accommodate our order, but the other two girls working would override and demean her. I wouldn’t give a one star if I had the option to give 0. You have hundreds of tourists who want to take part in a banana split or ice cream float to end their tour at Graceland. Someone needs to do a complete overhaul at this establishment starting with the current employees!

Very poor customer service. Rude! Just because you close in less than an hour does not mean you can refuse to make certain items on your menu…. Didn’t even acknowledge an older couple who came up after us.

The only part of this place that’s open is the ice cream counter. There was only two young girls working so it was very slow. We got 3 scoops of ice cream and a drink and it was $17.

Not much to chose from. Expected more. Got a coke in a paper cup for over $3 and no ice!! Would only go there in future for ice cream

We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade ice cream and friendly service! Cute ice cream shop with a nice variety of flavors. It’s a great place to stop for a snack or to curb a sweet tooth.

Had ice cream here after the Elvis Experience buildings. They have ice cream, cookies, candies and drinks. A little pricey but convenient for a sugar fix after a lot of walking.
