PUEBLO VIEJO MEXICAN RESTAURANT & BUFFET

The food tastes like it came out of a can! Their service was absolutely horrible. I couldn’t even get a refill! Then they charged me $30 for a margarita that I had to wait almost an hr for! I will never come back to this place. Just shut down already

This was my first visit. With the Vovid pandemic, there was no buffet. But, the service was great. The prices fair and the food was good. Very clean. Would love to return and check out the buffet when its open.

Buffet is pricey on weekends - $13/person, food wasn't great, selection wasn't great (some fried options for kids, but dry and cold, no signs by the food, gnats on the jello, dry cake, etc), we sat in an awkward corner surrounded by others in a rather empty restaurant and we had to maneuver to get in and out of our seats, and it took a while to get out drinks and the check. We won't be back.

Me and my niece went there to have dinner last week and Andrew our waiter and also was the bartender he had the best customer service I have seen in a long time he so marvelous and our food and drinks was fantastic, he really was a great young man, we had a great night there will try it again and I have all ready to about 20 people's about this restaurant, please keep up the great work, thank you ❤❤❤❤❤

Epic food, friendly staff. Communication a little weak. Food was stellar! The quesadilla (pictured) was MASSIVE and packed with flavor. Buffet is apparently only during lunch and weekends, but all in all recommended. Pricing is very decent for amout of food. Check this diamond in the rough out!

Poor flavor in food, no good staff

The food was cold, old, and not tasty on the buffet. I asked the waiter if we could just cancel the buffet from ticket and order from menu. The food from the menu was over cooked and heavy seasoned, all sides were not served on the platter. I never had fajita style chicken in a chimichanga until now. But my daughters chimichanga came out with shredded chicken.. The waiters were not attentive. They were nice when ever you flagged them down though

Very slow and short customer service. Table at our booth was wet and we cleaned it. Took forever to get our food, my drink and bill. Good was a little salty but edible and reasonably priced.

At 7 pm my husband and I walked in to eat, the dinner buffet was already closed. ( that was fine) we sar and waited 15 minutes just for our drinks. (Sprite, and tea) it was very loud with music being played, we couldn't even talk to each other. The place was not busy at all, and we waited 45 minutes for our food. once we got our plates, my husband's chicken was supposed to have cheese sauce on it, but instead it had 2 pieces of imitation American cheese. We never got refills on our drinks, and both of our cups were empty when they had delivered our plates of food to the table.It is very dark inside of the restaurant, and it was kind of scary walking back to go to the bathroom.
