Every time i get the steak here, it's absolutely trash. It's cooked extra extra well done and it has a large amount of grissle in it. Please learn how to cook steak. Then trim it up good. It's horrible right now.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared as requested—it was missing several toppings. Additionally, I noticed a significant fly issue inside the restaurant, which made the dining environment very uncomfortable.
Had my order not already been prepaid, I likely would have reconsidered eating due to the number of flies present. Cleanliness is important to me when dining out, and this experience fell short of expectations.

This is the worst moes I've have ever been to. When I asked to speak with an supervisor or a manager they refused and discriminated against me, they also would not give me their customer service number or corporate number. They had me wait an hour on an online order that I called about which they said was ready but when entered the store the man or woman with the freckles said I had to wait like everyone else, even though I had already paid for my order and they confirmed was ready

chips were so old. always out of sauces and won’t tell you until you pick up food. skimp on meat portions of bowls and burritos are smaller now. inside is dirty and salsas for customers out in the open with flies everywhere.

We parked in the spots in front of Moe’s in the public parking lot. There are no signs up that said the spots are for Moe’s customers only, but the lady working came out to yell at us anyway. Rude and unprofessional. If you don’t want people parking there, signs need to be posted. 🤷🏼♀️

My daughter ordered 3 bowls yesterday from this location. In ALL 3 bowls the rice was under cooked, missing toppings, barely any meat but PLENTY of hard rice. She spent $50 for her family to be unsatisfied & disappointed. Waste of money.
The store was so clean staff was great food was hot seasoned just rite everything was greatI give them five stars every time I come to this location the other locations I didn't like I will keep telling others about Moe's on Walker Ave.
