DO BETTER MOE'S!!! My co workers and I ordered from Moe's today because our jobs don't really allow us the flexibility (so we have to rely on the ability of restaurant staff to provide a quality product) to leave or return given the quality of our food today! We ordered 2 bowls, a stack, and a burrito amongst the 4 of us. Well, the MOE'S on Walker had us on the lunch struggle bus today because they forgot the chips for the bowls, after we clearly marked I WANT CHIPS on our orders! I requested my sauce on the side but never received it! And last but not least, the food was thrown together. Another colleague said her burrito was dry (as a powder house; you gotta be real southern to understand this reference but it means dry dry, without moisture). The bowls were not layered, the sour cream was piled on one side of the bowl (and took up half of the bowl; so it was a lot), the chicken was in huge chunks that needed to be cut just to eat, and it was subpar to say the least. Please train your staff on food quality and presentation, cause to be honest this looks like it was made by an employee who does not know better(it looked like something that needed to be taken out to the hog trough; if you know, you know). MOE's do better by your customers and I promse we'll do right by you! I would not have written this review if the order had been correct! SHEESH!!

Worst experience ever!!! When you bypass 2 Moe's just to come to the U of M area….. never again…. I guess J as to that’s what he say his name was played the whole time I was in there…I kept asking for what I was about to pay for he refused and just tried to give me what I didn’t want!!! How in the heck you gone try to give me what you want me to have!!! And he really laughed about it?! No I left it there and walked out

Got food poisoning. Lasted for about 8 hours. The restrooms were filthy and had urine on the toilet. Had poop stains inside the toilet bowl. Staff did not care about cleanliness. Staff did not have gloves on while cooking food. The cilantro had brown stuff on it which appeared to had been out for days.

I think this location may be severely understaffed- although the service was acceptable, the inside dining area was unkempt- the salsa stand was in disarray.I hope they get more staff soon ?I really like the location and the food for quick eats ?

The guy who was fixing the bowl I ask him can I get fresh steak cause the other was looking very old n dry naw im sorry it’s not ready but when the manger came in I ask the manger she was like I’m getting it off … he put the old steak on the bottom then put fresh steak on top I ask him y did he do that ….

Employees do not care about their jobs, never accurate, missing items from orders, burnt food, missing ingredients, employees rude, employees lazy, employees prejudicial, manager doesn’t respond to emails.Food can still be decent. Three stars for that.If you can avoid it, do not use this Moe’s location.No recourse when you order online.
