I witnessed a health code violation today. A worker allowed a friend? or boyfriend? to come behind the counter and serve himself. He wasn't wearing gloves or a mask and was touching a lot of stuff. None of the workers said anything or acknowledged it. I have no idea whether that guy's hand have been or what they have touched. NASTYI have had minor issues here before, like workers not wearing masks or asking customers to wear them when standing in line. Regardless of opinion, it is currently the law and they need to follow the law.I also had issues with speed of getting my pickup order placed in advance but that could have been a one-off or busy day.Low rating due to the low standards of health at this location

Paid for extra steak and I have a total of 6 pieces. They chipotle'd me. Half a scoop of everything except rice. I'm disappointed.

I ordered lunch for staff (25) cost $287.00. 30 minutes before delivery, order cancelled-no reason. I received no call, just a text and NO-one answered at STORE. then got message order was being delivered at a newer time, then it cancelled again 5 minutes before delivery due (12:50pm). I tracked order to a driver who was asleep and said order had been picked up. Again, the store did not reach out to me, apologize or try and make this right. I received no call, Now I have to fight to make sure credit card was credited and I will NEVER order from here again. An hour later and Still NO ANSWER at the store and Catering area would NOT help when i tried it, just told me to call the store.

Literally everytime I get a mobile order they have the burrito completely wrong. Like not even the right meat or anything. It is just mind numbing that they get it wrong everytime when it says what I want right in front of their face on a screen.

Came in on a Monday for the burrito deal. The staff looked and sounded depressed.. i figured maybe they just got through a big lunch rush so no big deal (although there were only 2 customers in the store including myself at the time). Ordered a chicken burrito and they really really went light on the chicken. Also asked for mushrooms and when the lady went to scoop the mushrooms there were 2 or 3 little shriveled up mushrooms left in the container and she tossed them on the burrito. I assumed she would pull out another batch and add a normal amount of mushrooms but she didn’t. I sure wanted to say something from the get go but the way she was mumbling and acting it didn’t feel worth it. From what i remember Moes was a pretty upbeat and positive experience but i think something must’ve happened not long before i got in because the whole mood was dark and the workers didn’t look happy. I’ll absolutely be back and hope it can live up to what i remember it being.

Good food and they are pretty quick. Love the steak tacos. Much rather go to Moe’s than Taco Bell. Really like the salsa and chips.
