went there and saw a bottle of clorox on the counter by the food I asked one of the staff members about the cross contamination with the chemicals and they said don't matter at least the place is clean both workers had attitudes very unprofessional

I ate here yesterday and it was terrible!! The chicken and the rice was over cooked and they barely gave me any chips to go with my queso!

I ordered the stack and received a sloppy mess. Staff is very friendly but man, I could barely hold my food to enjoy it properly. The whole stack fell apart. I didn’t even get a container for my food, but plenty of aluminum foil, as it was wrapped like a burrito. There were barely any chips in the bag, and I could see the bottom easily. Easy fixes, but no effort whatsoever. They are going through the motions with no regard for serving something decent.

I had a great experience at Moe’s thanks to Marlshia! She gave amazing customer service—super friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers. Shoutout to Marlshia for making my visit such a positive one! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had a really disappointing experience at Moe’s. I came in well over an hour before closing, but the worker was clearly more focused on cleaning up and shutting down than actually serving customers. I ordered a Stack, expecting a crispy Crunchwrap-style item, but what I got was completely soggy and falling apart. You could tell the worker knew it didn’t turn out right — she looked visibly frustrated — but instead of remaking it, she just handed it over anyway. It felt like they just wanted me out of there so they could finish closing. Moe’s used to be great, but it’s changed a lot lately, and honestly, the employees in Memphis are a big part of the problem. Really disappointing.

Hello to everyone I wish there is less than one star there I will choose but that’s all because this location not like before one year ago they going bad fast with the service and trash cans it’s full u try to help them to put your trash but u can’t and when tell the manger there they said ok will take care, of course not change it ,the place how much filthy and disgusting and they choice some employees not friendly at All they taking to u as he is rich and he don’t want your business or money there attitude like they leaving in no where with human but it’s all good I will keep all my friends to see another good and great place

I went to Moes Cordova at 4:10 on March 26th 2025. A man with the name Chris (mngt) on his name tag and the lovely woman working with him. Did not catch her name, sadly. They were the kindest people I’ve ever had serve me at Moes. I felt the love of the job. Joking, laughing, having a good time, and making burritos. I was so happy with their service 5 stars will go again.

i was craving a burrito due to this baby oh my! i was met with an insanely aggressive man wrapping my burrito throwing it around and the tomato's were not fresh. the horrible service and worse price. WHEN DID CHIPS AND DIP BECOME 10 DOLLARS (one dollar per chip) no more. do better memphis.
