Start with I love Moe’s. The app usesd to count visits and I had been over 100x when they stopped counting. I like it so much that last weekend we ordered two family kits for take out for my birthday celebration with my family. When we got home the meat was incorrect (we paid extra for white meat chicken and it was all the really awful dark meat, I literally took one bite and couldn’t eat anymore). The lettuce was slimy so I didn’t even bother using it. It’s thirty minutes away for us and with three kids in car seats I didn’t want to spend an hour of my day loading them up to go get it fixed. So after taking out what we couldn’t eat, we spent $125 for some chips and queso.

Was looking for a replacement for Chipotle and stumbled across Moe’s. It is definitely better than the local Chipotle’s, but not something I’m ever going to have a craving for. The portion sizes are pretty big for the price, so that was a plus.

Min Kookies

Called ahead of time and asked if they can take a 100$ bill. Said yes on the phone. Drove 20 minutes and they said they can’t. Food was nasty, on top of that customer service was HORRIBLE. Store was run down. Coming from a black person i will add that it is ghetto and disgusting inside. Gets worse everytime I go. Won’t be coming back again. Lied about not having enough change. When he opened the register there was so much change in there. Will be calling corporate. Save your time, money, and stomach, by not coming here.

I recently placed a large catering order at this Moe's location to celebrate my sibling's birthday, and I just had to take a moment to rave about the incredible service we received from Marnesia.

From the moment I walked in, Marnesia went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Despite a couple of hiccups with the order (that wasn't her fault), she handled the situation with such grace and professionalism that it transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless one. Her positive attitude and genuine care for our needs truly made our night. She treated us like family, making sure that we were taken care of, and I genuinely felt valued as a customer.

We already loved Moe's, but Marnesia made a regular out of me! Thank you, Marnesia - you're appreciated.

Favorite!! You get what you pay for and never leave feeling shortage of food lol. The staff is awesome and they cook the tofu fresh in front of you.

I am a huge Moe’s fan but this has to be the worst Moe’s experience I have ever witnessed walked in to place my order and half of the ingredients were missing due to lack of preparation I politely asked why there was no white chicken and they told me straight up they were not cooking anymore so i adjusted and got something else then proceeded to dine in and then witnessed 5 people leave because the poor attitude a young man was giving to all the customers and on top of alll that they were laughing at the fact that they had only been tipped 5 dollars for the whole week mind you it was a Wednesday night I was present!

This location was extremely hot today! It was so ridiculous! The workers seemed as if they could barely function. The drink machine wasn’t even cold . It was cooler outside than it was inside!!! Although I applaud the employees for still working in those conditions, I do think the store should be shut down until the Ac is fixed . Those conditions are uncomfortable for both the employees and customers. I only gave it 5 stars because of the employees!!!!

My family has always loved this place because of their food and service, but after me and my son ate supper there last night, it was obvious this place wasn't what it used to be. First off, the guy fixing our food acted like we were being an inconvenience to him and even got snippy with us. My chicken club quesadilla had chicken only on half of it (maybe he thought I wanted half of it to be the vegetarian option). The chips were hard and didn't seem as fresh as they used to be; even the salsa didn't seem very good. All that was available to drink in a coke freestyle machine was extra carbonated Coke and Barqs root beer. Cleanliness of restaurant was poor. We were really disappointed. Next time we want that kind of food in Cordova, we'll go down the street to Chipotle; we certainly won't be back there.

Cashier did not have any gloves on when getting chips out of the bin for customers. Also, employee seemed to be sick or sleepy as kept sniffling and rubbing his eyes. He must be a new employee as the employee prepping food was a familiar face and always upbeat. Though the prep employee was friendly, the taste of the food was subpar at best. I will not be going back to this location.

The portions have just fallen off. They are giving half a scoop or less even on stuff like rice. The workers also just have that air of zero cares about the customers or doing their job.

Look, I am a Moe's aficionado. This location, or at least this shift, was not managed well. They were literally seemingly a bunch of "kids" running the place... being silly and playing & joking with each other the whole time.I think I was given the smallest portion of everything... I had to keep asking for more until I got fed up of asking.The one that rang me up seemed like he just woke up & confused.Was not happy with this experience at all.
