Cashier did not have any gloves on when getting chips out of the bin for customers. Also, employee seemed to be sick or sleepy as kept sniffling and rubbing his eyes. He must be a new employee as the employee prepping food was a familiar face and always upbeat. Though the prep employee was friendly, the taste of the food was subpar at best. I will not be going back to this location.

The portions have just fallen off. They are giving half a scoop or less even on stuff like rice. The workers also just have that air of zero cares about the customers or doing their job.

Look, I am a Moe's aficionado. This location, or at least this shift, was not managed well. They were literally seemingly a bunch of "kids" running the place... being silly and playing & joking with each other the whole time.I think I was given the smallest portion of everything... I had to keep asking for more until I got fed up of asking.The one that rang me up seemed like he just woke up & confused.Was not happy with this experience at all.

This is my second time coming to this location. The first thing I notice is an instant, “Welcome to Moe’s.” The ladies here are very nice and patient with the choices I am making. I have anxiety so dealing with many options is tasking. Today is Sunday April 7th at 12:20pm. Please acknowledge this team of young women and give them a huge thank you from me! Adding that they are in the middle of a church rush as well and handling it well. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, I have found it here at Moe’s Cordova.

I hadn’t eaten here in years, but decided to stop by after thinking about how I used to eat Moe’s often. When I pulled up I immediately noticed that the place only had 1 customer. That was the first sign. I bought tacos and they were literally slapped together. The foil was balled up around the tacos and they were not wrapped properly. The tacos were cold and the meat was stale. I should have went with my first mind and went to chipotle. Moe’s has gone down tremendously.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I came in, wasn't greeted and when finally acknowledged by the associate, I was just pointed to as in next. I asked for extra steak on my items and the portion sized was like going to taco bell. when I questioned the portion size I was met with attitude by the associate. Please do not go here. Spend your money else where. Spread the word.

I got two normal sized burritos both with rice and THE RICE WAS HARD. All throughout the burritos was hard rice. The rice was literally came in clumps.

I used to love this location, I will never be back. They close at 10pm, I enter at 545pm , the grill is disconnected 1 guy has cleaning stuff every where. Second guy has to wedge through to the corner. Cleaning person says to tell me no chicken, I ask for 2 steak burritos they then say don't have that. I ask what they do have and they say a little pork, but they can make one with rice and beans, I walked out why bother being open just close at that point your open 4 more hours have no meat.

Just left after ordering 2 NachoBowls. They had multiple orders laid out for catering so I patiently waited for them to serve me. Everything I asked for I was given barely half of a scoop of. Both employees were very lackluster in attitude but I understood because of the catering orders. Here is my problem… my bowl has 6 pieces of chicken and damn near no queso. I never had dry nachos from Moe’s but these are beyond dry. My boyfriend’s bowl is the way. Skimping out on food because the store has a big catering order is not the customers problem. Customers should still receive normal portions. I won’t ever return after being a Moe’s customer for 6+ years.

Rice is too hard needs to be fully cooked make dried out needs to be juicy need to put more lettuce or condiments on the product for the price it’s your pain didn’t like it but I have five more coupons so I have to use them but I won’t get the rice because it needs to be fully cooked not halfway spaghetti supposed to be our Dantay not the riceVegetarian options: Not a vegetarian I like meatParking: Location is fine

I stopped in to pick up some lunch for me and my daughter, my first was to go to Chipotle, and I really wished I would have followed that thought. I ordered my food, a kids burrito and a bowl, my child's and my bowl had the same amount of rice in it. That should have been my first sign that everything else was not ok, at checkout I was asked did I want chips, one or two bags, I was about to say one but then said two and when I got in the car and looked at my chip bags, I should have asked for four, i have attached pictures of what was in my bag.
