This place is severely overpriced for what it is. We started with a cfawfish dip appetizer that was obviously microwaved because of the taste, consistency, temperature, and speed at which it came out. It wasn't great.
The green salad was wilted lettuce with some carrot strips and a couple of cherry tomatoes.
The snapper pontchartrain was overcooked and overseasoned. The shrimp topping was just the super cheap precooked salad shrimp you can get at Walmart.
The atmosphere was bad. There's a really weird smell when you walk in. You enter through the bar and kind of have to squeeze last people drinking, which is obviously the main attraction of this place. The dining area feels cheap and a half step up from a manufactured building. They had newsmax propaganda on the TV.

I went today for the first time . It was my Promotion lunch and it was disgusting. The food took close an hour to come, which was cold & not good. The server was was forgetful. Most definitely will not be going back

Everybody there is nice the atmosphere is wonderful and the service was perfect.
Their alcohol drinks are good. However I didn't like the food, I ordered the red snapper Pontchartrain some of it was good but the red snapper was nasty. I had the side of Italian spinach and it was gross. The banana pudding was disgusting they were nice enough to take it off the check, so we ordered two different pies and when we got home and tried them they were both nasty.
But they were nice people, and I will not fault them for it

I've seen this place for several years. I'd always wondered about but never stopped. After hearing rave reviews from friends earlier in the day, we came Friday night. You can tell they have a local following. The bar was packed. Our server was really nice but unfortunately I can't remember her name. This is where the pleasantries stop. My wife ordered the chicken club sandwich. She didn't care for it. I tasted it and thought it was fine. My food, however, was bad!! I ordered the snapper pontchartrain. It was disgusting. I'm not sure if it was the fish, or the shrimp, or the crawfish, or the sauce, but it tasted like it was spoiled!! I couldn't make it through a third of the dish. I had to hurry out as I felt like I was going to vomit!! I'm not one to send food back, so we just paid our bill and left. I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.
Parking: Plenty of spots including empty lot across the street.

Simply observe the table, make eye contact, and walk slowly by. If a customer needs something, they will ask you, and you can avoid possibly upsetting the table conversation.
