Lol I'm the one who added the moxy bar to google maps myself for you all. The hotel allows the pets, but when I noted I just wanted to come in to grab a cocktail with my chill dog you said we couldnt. So you lost an *easy* customer and a reviewer. I know that Toki highball is decent. Fun stuff. Feel free to reach out if you'd like me to change my review. I do change them when things change for the better. Also, keep the back door facing Main open if you'd like bar customers...or not...
Just arrived. Valet parking $32 per night! Doirman mumbles. Noisy lobby with pinball machines. Rooms have no coffee pots, nothing. Basics only. For the cost, a 1!
Not great, not bad. Just mid.
Very easy to get to...minimal parking though...rooms have a great view but small bathrooms...lobby makes up for minor preference issues..awesome bar and lounge!!
Fantastic service. Friendly staff.
I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I really like being here this weekend.
Excellent front desk staff and nice location; however, terrible valet experience both days (first day they tried to give us the wrong vehicle and the second day it took over 30 minutes for them to bring our vehicle around) . Our room was nicely appointed, but we could hear every outside noise and bright light from the hallway filtered into the room. The hotel has ear plugs in the hallway, but even with ear plugs the room is not very dark.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again . The rooms have the charm of a cheap motel with the downtown price ! The air conditioning unit compressor was beyond loud when it kicked in and out . The bed was very uncomfortable . The toilet paper dispenser was broken , and after all of this, the Place didn’t even offer complementary coffee in the morning! Save your money and go to a cheap motel they have more amenities!
The hotel concept was nice and the location was great. Some hotel staff were extremely nice, but the valet was horrible and extremely unorganized. It appeared they were sharing valet services with another hotel and the valet attendants were rude. Then the stash rooms didn’t have enough supplies. Great concept but you need enough towels and toilet paper.
Stayed here for 1 night, found the hotel to be a little cheap, like I know it's a 2 star but not having a closet was a bit of a shock. Location is super sketchy couldn't have stayed for more than a night tbh. Went to explore Memphis a little bit really didn't feel safe at all, large homeless presence all around hotel didn't set the best tone. Wouldn't be back here I'm afraid.

Of all of my years as a Motor Coach Operator, this was by far the greatest experience I've had!!! Not pictured, was the hotel staff but Christian, Terrell, Mr. Terry (Courtyard by Marriott) and the young man that has locs(didn't catch his name), even the security guard, were the absolutely most helpful folks during my stay for the Southern Heritage Classic. The parking was not the greatest (I've had worst ) but when I tell you they were on top of it from start to finish!!! There were 2 motor coaches in my set. The had arranged and blocked parking reserved for us, directed traffic when it was needed, and when another 5 buses showed up they had a plan for that also. I tell you they showed LOVE and I couldn't thank them enough for turning what could've been a crazy parking experience into gold!!! Not many places that I go to that has limited parking for oversized vehicles, have ever went out of their way to make sure parking our big ole buses would be comforting to do. You guys are the real MVPs!!! (Higher ups I see raises and promotions for all of these guys lol) now my experience with the hotel was a good one as well. My only complaint was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Hence the 4 stars on the room.) It was comforting, clean with plenty of food options in walking distance and entertainment to of your just sitting around in the square. That's where I met Ms Joyce and Ms Natalie, 2 sisters that sing the blues!!! That was really nice experience especially because I like live band/ music. There was guy with them also that sang, played the harmonica and guitar (didn't catch his name or get a picture😬) but I enjoyed what I was hearing. This was a very comforting experience for me in my line of work and the staff gave the ultimate driver experience. These guys were the biggest part of my beautiful rant lol
Very good hotel, we will definitely stay again, only negative was no fridge in the room.
I am a platinum elite Marriott member. This is my 37th hotel night in 2025. I see a lot of hotels. This place is NOT a place I would stay again. Small. Loud. Weird. Cheap (not in a good way). May be the worst place I have stayed in 2025.
The Moxy Memphis is such a fun place to stay. The hotel has a great energy, from the stylish lobby to the comfortable rooms. What really stood out for us though was the service at the bar. Donna was incredible—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, remembered our names, and mixed some of the best cocktails we’ve had in a long time. She turned a good trip into a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.
The staff is amazing - Donna is the best! She took care of us all 3 days. Highly recommended!!
