Customer service was terrible today I call to place a order and in the middle of the conversation they hung up the phone in my face very rude and disrespectful so I didn’t even go order anything food was good in previous times doe🤦🏾♂️🤬

I placed an order over the phone, stated I wanted condiments added to both side of my burger. When I went in to pick up, I was charged 79 cents (mayo)n 75 cents for (mustard) to add the condiments on that opposite side of the bread, 🤦🏽♀️😳. Then I get home and I had a finger nail touch if mayo and mustard. No flavor on the Burger or Fries. Also the Eggrolls was NOT Good. 👎. I had planned on using them to cater some lunch for work. After this I will not be Back 😞😞
And what so sad is My total bill was over $40😞😞

I recently visited this establishment and ordered shrimp egg rolls, a two-piece fish combo with an additional fish, a 20-piece lemon pepper wings, and Hot Cheeto shrimp egg rolls. The total cost was $93, and the wait time was approximately 35 minutes.
While some may consider the price steep, it's important to acknowledge the rising costs of inflation and meat shipping, which have impacted the food industry. Given these economic factors, I found the pricing reasonable for a restaurant in a moderately decent neighborhood.
As for the food itself, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The flavors were well-executed, and the quality met my expectations. However, I did find the menu somewhat difficult to read, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.
In summary, while the food was enjoyable and fairly priced considering market conditions, the challenging menu readability prevents me from rating it higher. I would still recommend this spot to others, but based on my experience, I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars.

1st n last time 3/01/25 n I must say I feel tricked and taking advantage of!!! Purchased the so called famous egg rolls chicken and steak!!!! Complete disappointment!!! Makes the egg rolls with chicken thighs extremely salty n disgusting and the steak egg rolls were str8 rolls no meat!!! I will never eat there again and I think that place needs to b shut down!!! I feel robbed!!!

20pc with 1 ranch is crazy. \o.o/ just make the ranch from scratch and charge more. The wings are mid & dark around the bones. The buffalo roll cool but it’s too small. Spent $44 didn’t finish any of it.

Good, but like all places like this, over priced. Two small burgers/small fry, six wings and 3 eggs roll cost $60!
The wings were old and cold then they charge for ranch like charging over $1 per party wing isn’t enough! The place was empty, I should have followed my first mind and went to Crumpys!!!

Don't order from them , ranch doesn't come with your wings and they give u old chicken and they charge for everything , I will never order from them ever only thing was good was the fries but they don't give u no ketchup or nothing with your order, ni carrots or celery or not even bread with your order......BEWARE!!!!!

We always go here it’s the ? BEST WINGS WE’VE EATEN AND HAVE GREAT SERVICE AlWAYS not like other places that have okay wings and have an attitude. WE ALWAYS BUY THE SUICIDE WINGS, BUFFALO AND HONEY HOT WINGS. This are wings to us. We always order the 50 party wing or 100 and they all enjoyed the wings and asked us where we get them. They have 2 locations but I live and love my service in horn lake, Ms. The other one is in Memphis I think. They always give a cozy vibe with their service and I enjoy my wings even more. Great place to have good wings and service. We come here all the time it’s our go to Take Out to feed our guests. They also have my wings in 15 min tops they kinda hidden but there the best if you get here.
