I’ve been going to Ms. D’s since 2019 . The food was always good , but the wait and customer service could’ve always been better, but each time I go it just gets worse and worse. Once time I places an order , waited an hour AFTER paying, went back in to check on my order because I knew it would take a while, and the guy said he forgot to put my order on, so I had to wait another hour. You’d think I’d stop going then . Nope, still trying to support. I went another time after that , back in January, and to ordered 4 of the 11 dollar combos (small burger and 3 whole wings) no drink. I placed the order and they said they didn’t have this item, although it was on the menu board on the podium . After explaining this, they obliged, rang me up and I got my order after an hour and a half. Yesterday, I called , because I knew the wait time was going to be a long one, I asked them about the 11 dollar meal, if they still had it. The young lady who answered asked someone in the back and the guy said they still had the meal but it was now 20 dollars. I said ok. Thank you and hung up. I drove up to the restaurant because I know that some places will quote you something different over the phone than in person and if their prices had changed I wanted to see the new menu and order something else more cost effective; again still trying to support. I go to pull the door to open it and it’s locked. I stand there for a minute and look through the window and the menu board is no longer there. Have they moved? I start walking back toward my vehicle to call them and ask, and as I’m walking back, a guy , who may be a manager or part owner, idk, goes to his car, sits outside and rolls up what looks like a “cigarette”, looks in my direction, goes back in, and locks the door behind him. That was it for me . My thing is this , if you are going to lock the door and only unlock it for certain people at certain times, either state that as people call in or put a note on the door. Also, if the prices have changed , reprint menus so people can know that. Overall, I won’t be back. I tolerated it because the food was good and it was a good deal, but that customer and everything else just absolutely sucked .

Since the Frayser location is closed on Sundays, I decided to try my luck with the Raleigh one. I'm so glad I did; I might drive the 15 minutes everytime because the wings are FIREE! The Frayser location is awesome, but the presentation, wetness (which didnt cost extra), and juiciness at the Coleman junt is next level. I got a 10pc only: suicide and honey hot.
Now, when I got there, the card processor wasn't working, and that was all I had. I was annoyed, but I walked to the Marathon and got cash. When I saw them wings, I didn't give a damn about the inconvenience. The smell filled the car quick, I was putting the pedal to the medal to get home.
I respect and love how they had a youngin' in there learning the business early. The employees were nice. I had to wait about 6 minutes to get my order. Clean environment. All-Star got some real competition.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Where should I start ? GHETTO, HOOD, AND RATCHET. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES. I ordered a 7p wings with fries and a large fruit punch drink. The woman that served me who was white presented gave me my fruit punch drink with NO ICE. I asked for a refund since there was no ice and she said “we don’t do refunds” the sign says “no refund after leaving the premises” I never left. I stayed and ate there and she goes “we really didn’t suppose to let you eat here, but I did” as if she was doing me a favorite. I am going to do a video about them on my social media…I am an influencer so it’s my duties to get the star rating at a 1. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER EAT HERE AGAIN..

I ordered the wing lunch special. The wings tasted okay, it wasn't very much honey or hot. The jalapeño was actually pretty tasty I may say. I paid for the seasoned fries, didn't taste much of the seasoning, I saw a few sprinkles of some kind of seasoning but it definitely wasn't giving the fries the taste that you're paying for.

I had an order prepared in my mind, but a man in front of me ordered a mixture of seasonings for his wings, and it looked delicious. Needless to say....I ordered the same thing! It was amazing and I will be back. Lunch special is only $11.00; 5 whole wings, a dinner roll &
Kid-friendliness: I mess with them like the flavor be good when they have the right cook and follow directions smh but they are EXTREMELY SLOW and they will mess your order up sooooo fast omggg im fina stop going to them they need to get it together‼️??♀️
