Ok listen, if you’re out on Germantown Parkway and craving Mexican food, do yourself a favor and skip the chump chain restaurants and eat at My Favorite Place. When I first saw the name of the restaurant, I joked about it like a jackass, and was all snarky saying I gotta try it. Well, my jackassery paid off because this place is great. The folks working here are so nice and welcoming. The food was delicious. We got the Grill Margarita, which comes with a freshly grilled orange slice, grand marnier, and small batch Teremana tequila ($12). My friend got the birria grilled cheese ($14) and I got the fajita piña with chicken, served sizzling in a grilled pineapple ($19). So good! Give the place a try; you might be as pleasantly surprised as my jackass self was.

I ordered the fajita potato! OMG! It is the most amazing dish I have had in a long time! Everything was seasoned well. It is big enough for two people! Beef, chicken, and shrimp 🍤 on a baked to perfection potato. With cheese, bell peppers, and onions😋 🏆🏆🏆
My favorite Mexican restaurant in Memphis!!! They have the best guacamole you've ever eaten! They make it fresh at your table and it is on point to say the least! I highly recommend! Bring me a to-go plate! 25 stars!

We love this place and have eaten here for years. The staff is friendly, competent and efficient. The food is fantastic with great chips and fantastic guacamole. We’ve really never gotten anything to eat that we didn’t like. There is a large variety on the menu and an outdoor porch for mild weather. You can’t go wrong eating at My Favorite Place!
