I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. I always come with a friend and have a meal and some Sake. Very good. They have been around for years, I've been coming here since high school back in 88.

Showed up with my wife and infant trying to eat. Didn’t have a reservation but the place wasn’t busy at all. They were very rude and refused to seat us. This is the last place we will eat when we visit Memphis. Go to McDonald’s instead

Nagasaki Inn is a Memphis treasure. Nagasaki Inn is my favorite Japanese Hibachi restaurant in Memphis and Shelby County.

The atmosphere has an iconic 1980’s vibe, the food is always excellent, the service is always very good to excellent. Our family eats at Nagasaki Inn often as it is an awesome experience and an awesome restaurant.

My whole family has been coming here for special occasion dinners (birthdays, graduations, etc.) for as long as I can remember. There is always a big group of us (usually around 15) and we have never had to wait more than 10mins to be seated and the food has never received a single complaint from any of us which is something miraculous! Everybody has a great time, enjoys a phenomenal meal, and a few good laughs thanks to the hibachi chefs who are always so friendly and entertaining. 10 out of 10! WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been coming here for well over 20 years and every time is just as great as the last. I sat with a party of 16 other people and had no trouble with seating. I can't recommend this place enough.

Told me we had to have a reservation when nowhere on the website does it say that.

Best hibachi I’ve had in years!

I had a disappointing experience during my first visit to this restaurant. I placed a mobile order for two steak hibachi meals to go, but upon arrival, I was told that only one had been ordered. The older gentleman assisting us was extremely rude and dismissive, insisting that I was mistaken rather than offering a solution. It wasn’t until I looked at my husband in disbelief that he finally offered to make another one. However, due to the poor customer service we received, my husband and I decided to leave. Additionally, based on the tone and treatment we received, I strongly believe that our race played a factor in how we were treated. Unfortunately, this first impression was enough to ensure that we will not be returning.

There was only 2 people in the restaurant and the host was on the phone when we walked up I had to get her attention 😔
