We went to pick our food up and the young lady was very rude and disrespectful. Yes we order our food at 6:20 and we went 40 minutes later reason being the last time it took over an hour for it to get ready so that's why we waited. Nevertheless does not call for an employee to be rude and disrespectful to a customer. Me personally I will never be back and I work in retail and I understand the importance of customer service and this was unacceptable.

Vegetarian options: I normally get the greens and spaghetti which is delicious in a serving 32 ounce cup to go.

Neely’s on Winchester Road has the best pork ribs I have ever tasted. Cooked to perfection and a flavor that can’t be beat. The service was excellent as well! If you haven’t ever been you are missing out!

I visited Neely's today and ordered the bbq chicken sandwich combo. The customer service was excellent (greeted with a smile, polite, and professional). I didn't have to wait long for the order. The fries were hot and so was the sandwich. Both were so delicious (cooked to perfection) and I didn't even need ketchup for the fries and that says a lot for me. I am very pleased and will certainly visit again. Great restuarant , service, and food!

We ordered for a tailgate on 9.14, it was horrible! Pull pork, no sauce, wings with feathers, NONE OF the food was seasoned. I understand when ordering out not to expect my seasoning, BUT NOTHING! Horrible experience, NEVER

I visited Neely's Interstate BBQ on Wednesday, 9/11/24. This was not my first time but everytime I visit the restaurant is ALWAYS clean and well organized. The person who took my order I believe was Kenneth Neely. He not only prepared and packaged an excellent order, he took it to my car after noticing I was physically challenged and 'old' (smile). A lot of places won't even offer but he even waited to make sure my door was locked before going back in the restaurant. Customer Service isn't always just about the food. The food is Excellent which is why I went, but the Customer Service is AWESOME!! If I ever win the lottery, this business and Kenneth Neely are definitely on my short list!! Thank You Interstate, . . Love Your BBQ and Love You!!

If i could give ten stars for the level of courteous friendly service that I was offered when I walked in today, I would absolutely would. If all people Behaved and acted as those two, the world would be a wonderful place to be in.
Not a place to sit inside. Seems to be under Covid rules still. Ordered beef rib dinner to go. Got everything but what I ordered. What I did get, was dry and not edible. Had to go get dinner elsewhere. Such a massive disappointment.
