I was very disappointed visiting this location today. It showed open, but they had take-out only. I had driven several miles to get some of their great chicken salad and couldn’t sit down to eat. So we had to leave and go elsewhere. I couldn’t even see any sign why they were closed, and the sign about being only open for to go orders was a bit confusing.

The salads are amazing in store, but they are so gross to go. They smash the salad into a tiny container, use way more toppings than lettuce, and it just turns into a bruised and wilted lettuce slop. I also have noticed the chicken salad lately is just chicken and Mayo with maybe one or two pecans and a grape piece.. no seasoning. it used to be so good! I hope this is just a new staff issue, but the last salad I got I almost brought back.

The food here is usually pretty good or should I say I've never had an issue with anything. But walking in today 06/26/2022, and noticing employees in the kitchen leaning on the prep area and eating while others were making food was a complete turn off and I just couldn't reduce myself to the possibilities of eating in that environment. Management either don't care or has no control, just a bad look for food service.

I went to Newk's for a veggie pizza. I got the cauliflower crust which was an upcharge. The main reason I wanted the pizza was for the artichoke, and it was left off my pizza. ?? The cauliflower pizza was burnt no one adjusted the oven time to consider the cauliflower does not need the same time as dough. I didn't check my order before leaving the store, and I was so hungry that I was not going to return to take it back to remake the pizza.Newk's is usually better than this and I hope that this incident was one in a million.

Friendly people food was tasty. We stopped in just after the lunch rush. Tables were clean. The Caesar salad was not over dressed and was good. The Potato soup had a nick peppers longer on the back end. The Italian sandwich was toasted and tasty. Almost got the chocolate cake, will get that when we return.

Newk's is one of our favorites! The sandwiches are delicious!!! We don't have one in our area anymore, so when we're traveling, we try to stop and enjoy some Newk's

While running errands, my husband and I decided to pop into this Newk's for a quick bite. Service was fast and friendly. The food was great. The dining area was clean, up-to-date and covid friendly. Likewise for the restrooms. My husband really enjoyed his soup and already knows which soup he wants to try the the next time.

My first time going to Newks. I pass it everyday on my way home. I went to the one in Cordova with a friend. We did the to go side. I ordered a Greek salad & Carmel cake. The salad was great and the cake tasted homemade. The staff was kind and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. I will be going back!

Terrible!!! Ordered shrimp avocado salad and the shrimp tasted spoiled and was not cooked good. I asked for a different salad and after waiting 10 minutes they brought me the same salad. No thank you! I paid $41.55 for 2 salads and a personal pizza. We left hungry and they would not refund or provide another salad.

It was ok that was my first time there. The staff was not that concerned about really helping me out since this was my first time there. The food was good. I would probably go back again.
Food was terrible, I called management telling him how it was my first time and how the food wasn’t good , and the atleast he could do is make the order over with some more season and fresher products but he kept arguing with me witch is so unprofessional, never coming again when all you had to do was the bare minimum

The staff was very attentive, we were greeted immediately, upon entering the building. The cashier was very helpful and friendly, as well as the gentleman that prepared and brought us out order. I highly recommend to anyone! We will be frequenting Newks. It was my husband's 1st time eating here, he loves it.
