I went to Newk's for a veggie pizza. I got the cauliflower crust which was an upcharge. The main reason I wanted the pizza was for the artichoke, and it was left off my pizza. ?? The cauliflower pizza was burnt no one adjusted the oven time to consider the cauliflower does not need the same time as dough. I didn't check my order before leaving the store, and I was so hungry that I was not going to return to take it back to remake the pizza.Newk's is usually better...
Friendly people food was tasty. We stopped in just after the lunch rush. Tables were clean. The Caesar salad was not over dressed and was good. The Potato soup had a nick peppers longer on the back end. The Italian sandwich was toasted and tasty. Almost got the chocolate cake, will get that when we return.
Newk's is one of our favorites! The sandwiches are delicious!!! We don't have one in our area anymore, so when we're traveling, we try to stop and enjoy some Newk's
