Such amazing customer service. Every time I walk there’s a welcome greeting.

They do bdays different now. Turned away cause I don't have an account. Staff gentrified, cold, and unfriendly. Could of been handled better.

I traveled across town to get the pineapple upside down cake just for it to have hair in it very disappointed

I walked in for the first time yesterday. I've been seeing this place and hearing about it from my coworkers. Yesterday I bought a white chocolate raspberry and chocolate chocolate chip bundt cake. They were delicious! Can't wait to come again.

Parking: Plenty of handicapped parking for you or your disabled loved ones.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, it's child friendly with other shopping centers near by. Also, seating is in the cake shop.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's so many parking spaces, because there's other shopping centers next to Nothing Bundt Cakes.

I ordered a cake online from texas to my friend in Memphis. Long story short I set the wrong time and couldn't get in touch with the Uber driver. Crystal stuck with me through the entire process to make sure that a special birthday cake was delivered on time to the location and I couldn't have been more happy with her services.

If their policy is to not issue refunds when an order needs to be cancelled, then that should be known when an order is being placed. I tried to cancel my order, and they were not willing to give me my money back even though I explained the circumstances as to why I no longer needed the order. Their lack of unprofessionalism and flexibility speaks for itself, and I will not be placing another order with them. Don’t waste your time going to this location because they are incompetent.

I needed a cake delivered on a time-sensitive basis and NBC took care of everything! The girl at the counter was super helpful and they also dropped off a thank you note I had written. It arrived when it was supposed to. I will be using them again the next time I need a cake delivered! Thanks Nothing Bundt Cakes!
