I inquired about the 3tier for $7.50 cashier An. Didn’t speak when i walked in but spoke to customer that came in few minutes after me. But I ask about a product and she started rolling her eyes worse attitude very short when i ask. 1st time there my daughter told me they have good cakes. I will stick with SMAllCakes they are always nice and they smile too and speaks to there customers

Nothing Bundt Cakes is our family favorite cake shop, and they made this milestone birthday extra special. Crystal provided wonderful service and even added theme matching decorations at the last minute. I just added the candles & the birthday boy made a wish!! We’ll continue to return to this location time after time!

This review is based on the customer service experience today'. The cakes are delicious as usual. I placed an online order and went into the store to pick it up. Employees in the front were conversing while I waited several minutes. No welcome or how can I help you. I did a receipt survey and got a call back from someone who in essence told me that the reason nobody waited on me was because I was standing where they take in store orders. If you see me standing there, at least ask to help me. The person who helped me was handling deliveries. No apology, just is there anything else I can help you with. I said No. Just completely flabbergasted. I've been going to this store since they were at the old location. Just very disappointed by the call. The caller did not identify themselves as a manager so I assume it was another employee.

Extremely unhelpful and unfriendly staff at this location. The website is misleading so I chose the wrong color, after paying $60 for a cake I asked if I could get a different colored bow and the lady in charge said no, and that it would be $8. Cake had gaps and tears at the bottom, she told me that’s just how the cake looks and did not want to help cover it with even just icing. Didn’t get her name. 12:30pm on 10/17. This is horrible customer service

I rushed in there at closing time but the store associates were professional and did not rush me at all.
