O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Great food, atmosphere and friendly staff. Little pricey but you get a lot of food. I've yet to eat here and not asked for a to go box. They bring you hot rolls and butter while you decide what tasty meal you're going to eat. They have free pie Wednesday with meal purchases. Who can pass up that deal? They also have a bar where you can drink and dine while watching one of their big tvs. I would definitely recommend this place. Check them out. Sorry but this location is permanently closed for business.

The pineapple drink was exceptional! So was the bartender Amy. And Billy the general manager--was super friendly. But the restroom had no toilet paper and 1 cockroach.

Came here today for my Moms birthday. We had 12 people in our party and Deanna took stellar care of us. We wanted for nothing and all of our food came out HOT and correctly the first time! We had a great time and would definitely return! Thank you for helping make my Mom's special day fun!

What a Great Meal we had today at O'Charley's; Prime Rib and all the trimmings. Dee Dee was probably the best server we have ever had at a restaurant. Servings are really large portions.

Frequent visitor, today I ordered the sirloin and smashed potatoes and tomato basil soup. Excellent all around, one of the most tender steaks I've had in a long time. Service was good, we were there slightly after 3:00, not crowded. Note, lunch prices and options change at 3:00.

My friend & I went to O'Charley's for lunch today. Our service was impeccable. My prime rib had too much fat on it & the manager brought me a small additional steak to replace the excess fat. Plus our waiter, I believe his name was Curtis, was more than gracious and hospitable. Thank you to O'Charley's on Germantown Pkwy in Memphis, TN !!!!

We frequent this place very often. One of DADS favorite places. Service is done by humans so some days its great occasionally slow. Thats life. Food is always good. I lost my wallet a month ago and this past week The manager tracked me down and returned my wallet as i left it . Several hundred dollars still in place. This Speaks volumes for the Character and Integrity of this organization. 5 stars isnt enough

My fiance Aaron and his mother and stepdad and grandmother All went here the other day and this was not only the first time I've been at this location but it's also the first time I've been to O'Charleys in years. We all ordered steaks, all cooked differently and with different sides like I had the greens and loaded baked potato and it was delicious! The steak I asked to be cooked medium rare but a little more on the rare side and I couldn't have made it better myself. My greens were wonderful not hot and not cold just in between like I like them. Loaded baked potato was LOADED and hot and soft just perfect. The hostess and server were so nice and helpful and the server was always there making sure that we were happy and didn't need anything. There were no complaints from any of us and clean plates all around. Great food great company and great time. Will definitely be going back!

Food was fabulous. Prime Rib, yum! Amber, great bartender. Wade made sure we we taken care of and Rodney - long time friend &mgr - made sure our meal was perfect. Stu was just Stu - love him anyway. Highly recommend! Monica is bartender/entertainer makes a great drink as you like it.

Fabulous experience. The staff was very helpful. We had a problem, but the manager (I hate that I didn't get her name) came to us and made several offers to make sure we left "smiling and full." Not that we were upset, but she handled the situation in a manner that made us feel that customer satisfaction is a priority. She was beyond accommodating, and we are more than pleased. I rarely give a 5 star rating, but the service made the difference. THANKS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I wouldn't eat here if I were you.The whole place is dirty. There are roaches and even found one in my food.
