Very rough experience. Food was brought out incorrectly a few times and each time took longer than the last. We were there for almost two hours and still didn’t have everything right :/ The server was nice about it, but it felt like they were just either understaffed and under-trained.

My experience was not good at all I had a very rude waitress by the name of Dajah. We had a rather large party and I had an interaction with her that ruined my entire experience. I felt that she was very demeaning and nasty towards us. I had a conversation with the General Manager after our dinner i hope that he provided her with some feedback on better customer service skills

I had to write a review, this was one of the best experiences I have had at a restaurant period. Everyone was welcoming , everyone greeted me. My waiter David was very attentive and kind. The managers were very helpful and checked up on me and my 3 year old son. The tablet with the free games also helped my toddler stay occupied which I appreciated. The food was good but the hospitality really stood out.

It was awful...The food rushed out with the salad overwhelming...I sent the entree back and it came back to me lukewarm and I didn't eat half and felt nausea and abdominal pain before I left the restaurant...I complained and the staff didn't seem to concerned...I wash my hands do they? I wonder the food looked left over...It didn't look fresh to begin with...Normally the food I have eaten at Olive Gardens all over the USA was good ...I won't return to the Olive Garden anytime soon....I make better sauce pasta and meatballs anyway.....I waitressed for over 20 yrs and never served salad and the main course the main course simultaneously..It's rude and overwhelming.... Management wasn't there...

Pasta dishes were top and the steak with pasta Alfredo as a side dish was also top
Price performance great
Nice atmosphere, had a table by the fireplace
The service was extremely nice every time and gave us Coke to go for the car

There is a stale odor from the carpet. It smells like a mix of sweat and vomit. A simple carpet shampoo could fix this, I guess.

Please take time to clean ALL the seats, behind the booths and other areas. There is so much paper and food in those spaces.
