Had dinner with 4 friends on Friday March 22, 2024. The restaurant only had 2 sets of clean silverware. We were given 2 sets of plastic ware. Fajitas were not hot, did not receive the Pico or black beans. Restaurant was out of guacamole. Service was non-existent. The chips and salsa were actually very good, frozen margarita was okay but my advice, Do not go to this location.I have been to great "On the Border" restaurants. This one just needs to close.

Our server Kerslyn was not attentive. They weren't very busy at all. We waited about 10 mins before she got our drinks and then when we ordered our drinks, she came back and asked what they were again and then we waited another 10 before we got our drinks and then when we got our appetizer, we had to ask for napkins. then when we got our meal, we had to wait for silverware after having to ASK for it. she never checked in on us and asked how we were or how things tasted. Once she realized we were just sitting there, she asked if we needed anything and we told her we needed boxes and she brought us boxes and our check and then never. checked in on us again. Her server etiquette is very poor. I could never imagine treating my tables this way. Do better.

BENNY IS THE BEST!!!!Our waiter made this the best experience.Upon arriving, we were immediately greeted and seated. Seconds later we had drinks and an appetizer on its way. After looking over the menu and placing our order, the food felt like it was already on its way. The food was deliciously fresh and looked just like the photo. Even with all that….BENNY put it over the top! I definitely recommend finding yourself “On the Border”!!!!

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!The manager was walking around taking pictures of customers, the dude was working his butt off to handle all of the tables while manager was still not doing anything. We waited an hour to get tortillas, Queso and Limes. We were all highly pissed off and our food got cold. WILL NEVER COME AGAIN!

I had an amazing bartender and experience here. (I believe his name was Ben or Benny?) He was very charismatic and social, which I love about bartenders, and he was also very attentive. The food was also really good! The only complaint I have is that I found a piece of a black and mild wrapper rolled up in my silverware. It wasn’t a big deal though, I was still very happy with my experience.

Tonight service with a smile was impeccable. Benny was absolutely awesome! He was attentive and customer service was exceptional. The mango margarita was on the table before I could blink. My food was served hot and the vegetables were cooked just right . The atmosphere was friendly . The game was on. The noise was average . I'm so glad to see a new bartender that aims to please and serve.

Got takeout. The Mexican rice was left out of our order, the refried beans had a very strange taste, the chips were absolutely rancid, and the steak tasted like canned meat. We will never eat at On The Border Wolfchase again.

I ordered a taco salad. I've never seen anything like it. There was literally no ground beef on it. It had lots of lettuce, a stale tortilla shell and some kind of sauce with bits of meat in it. It was horrible. I will never eat there again.

This was the most nasty food anyone can serve someone I have a problem with my food and they came back with the same plate and put food on tip of what I had a microwave the cheese.As well as one worker was making dough with know gloves on in front of the restaurant were we could all see.I told the Manager and he going to say oh I told them time and time again not to do that everyone please be careful and watch where you because this place is Nasty.
