Best BBQ I've ever had!! The food was delicious. The tea was Amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. Very friendly staff and it's definitely a 10 out of 10 for me. I definitely will be visiting this place again. 😊

I am reviewing from Small Town in East Kentucky Appalachia call Painesville, Kentucky, and my girlfriend brought me for the first time Back in June to Memphis because I always been a fan of Elvis and she always told me about the barbecue in Memphis is the bomb I must say was the best suspension of my life best barbecue best sweet tea. We’re all done a wonderful job. It won’t be the last I will be back soon, and I had to get me a shirt to remind me where I went to eat at

Customer service was not good when I went there on 8-14-2025 In the evening some of the counter staff were unfriendly and not very professional I had this problem when I was in this restaurant a few years ago they need to retrain all Staff members on good customer service and great Hospitality service some of staff members are a little lax on

I was on a road trip and stood over in Memphis. Had heard of great the bbq was. I was told about One Love and how great it was. The food was beyond amazing. I want to thank Brittany and her staff for their friendliness and quick service. The restaurant was clean and nice. I’ll definitely be back!!! Thank you guys!

Waited a long time for a single meal that shouldn’t have taken long. They also charged my card twice for the same meal after they thought the first charge didn’t go through despite the fact that I told them I received a text that the charge went through. Food was great though. Great portion sizes. Would go to a different location but just not this one.
Not your typical bbq brisket, Memphis twist. Thin sliced cooked to well done, although I prefer the meat to be cooked to medium rare /medium the Peppered seasoning gave the smooth flavored. The sweet potato fries are fresh cut and cooked beautifully. The twice baked potato hands down the best potato salad I have ever eaten. The baked beans are always packed with flavor, including the chunks of pulled pork truly delicious.
One and Only’s sides do not disappoint.
The staff hustles, they are upbeat, engaged, and friendly. Specifically Rhonda and Tara, the several times I have been in they are wonderful people. Thank you for your services.

First stop when my lady and I got into town. I will be eating BBQ daily through the weekend while in TN. No doubt, it will be hard to top this great establishment. Exactly what you want in a BBQ joint with an intimate size that adds to the charm. Loved this place and would recommend the brisket sandwich (with the slaw on!) to anyone and everyone! I mean, my vegetarian girlfriend appeared jealous throughout the meal😄. 'Nuff said!
