Texan here. Ordered the beef brisket dinner with 2 sides. Everyone is so friendly, quick and helpful. Got my food, the servings are nicely portioned, hot and timely. But my brisket was roast beef slices, dry as the Sahara. It actually brought a tear to my Texan eye. I wanted so badly to make this work, ordered it for dinner and I had to add a ton of seasoning and bbq and put it on the slice of white bread it comes with and dollop some coleslaw on top to get it down the hatch. I didn’t want to complain to those nice folks. The coleslaw tasted like mayo and cabbage. And the Mac and cheese is nothing to write home about.
I hope and pray I just ordered the wrong thing. Or maybe this was a bad batch. Because I’ve never seen brisket like this. 🤠 everyone says how good the bbq is here, so I’m going to eventually go back and try to the recommended order. But I can smoke you some brisket if you want!? 🫣

I'm from Oregon and we do not have that great of BBQ over here, unless you make it yourself. Our server was kind, our chef came out to greet us and ask us how the food was. It was amazing of course. I had some brisket that made we wanna happy cry, my friend got the ribs and loved them just as much. Thank you so much for feeding us ❣️ If I fly out again I'm coming right back to yall 🥰

A roach was crawling on the wall by me while eating. Flies by the desert trays. They were the sweetest people but that does not save the experience. They can stand a little cleaning. Tables was dirty. I whipped it myself. Wall have food stains. They just need to hose that bad boy down and a good steaming with some bleach. 1st time and never again.

Great food, super service!!! We are out of town visiting first time to this area. Besides the food being delicious, the staff was so friendly and really made us feel welcomed. We dined in, and even took food back to the hotel with us !

We needed to try some Tennessee BBQ while passing by. We checked out the hotel and hurried as soon as they opened for some good eats.
Ribs were falling off the bone and tasted so good! The deviled eggs, mac and cheese, and sweet potato fries were gone in seconds. We agreed to save the Turkey, chicken, and pork for the road.
The waitress was very kind and gave great tips for taking the food to go during our travels. She even gave us tons of sauces to take home to Texas too 😭❤️

Coming from Texas to go back home to WV and I had to get some Memphis BBQ. Ribs were tender, baked beans were sweet and savory, Mac and cheese was molten, and the pulled meats were juicy. Our waitress was very helpful and bubbly

I ordered the beef ribs 3 bone combo with 2 sides the cashier said 47 bucks I said ok as long as they're the big dinosaur beef ribs I get there looked at the ribs and immediately changed my order those were the smallest beef ribs I ever seen the owner should be ashamed of his/her self pure greed BEEF RIBS ARE OVERPRICED AND THE SMALLEST IN TOWN DONT ORDER
I'm a New York food snob and this is probably the best BBQ I've ever had. The chicken drummies and potato salad were spectacular.

We visited from out of town and tried a lot of bbq in Memphis, and this was hands down the best. Best chicken wings we’ve *ever* had and absolutely delicious ribs with dry rub. We didn’t even use the bbq sauce because everything had such a good flavor. The service was great, they made sure we got what we wanted and needed. Go get some.

This was my first time eating at this One and Only BBQ and I was very impressed with the food, the service and the atmosphere. I ordered the bologna sandwich with BBQ sauce and coleslaw and twice baked potato salad. I love twice baked potato salad. There is nothing better than it. The should call the twice baked potato salad the better than sex potato salad. That's how good it is. The sandwich was good and the sweet tea was sweet enough to give you diabetes just like all good Southern teas should be. The cashier got my order in quickly and before I knew it, it was ready. I chose to eat there and I noticed this One and Only was in a part of Memphis occupied by the upper class and middle class. I could tell by how people were dressed in there.

Food always good but an employee smoking weed on side parking lot . Left side ups. All weed smokes comes to here. And it is strong than burger . Feels like we not eating burger but smoking weed. She always smoke whatever she wants but don’t kill your business that you making money
