We love the lamb shank and the owners are fabulous.

The customer service and atmosphere here are so awesome!!! The owner treats you like family. The dishes are not only HEALTHY but also so very very flavorful. I couldn't have asked for a better meal. Absolutely love this restaurant! Memphis has great food - but a lot of it is heavy. The food at Open Flame is delicious! It's fresh and made in-house. The service is wonderful and attentive. Easily one of our best finds since moving here.
Everytime I come to this place the experience is wonderful! The staff is so polite and welcoming and the owner even sits with you and chats. She has beautiful spirit and her husband cooks so awesome. My friends and I love coming here. You will love it everytime! Thank you for being wonderful each and every time!

This place is amazing. I don’t even know where to start. Imagine that perfect local cozy spot that you want to grab a bite to eat at all the time where they are so friendly and welcome you like they have known you forever. Everything we ate was bursting with flavor and authenticity. I tried several new dishes I’ve never had and they were all fantastic This is my new go to spot. Love it!
I was really disappointed by the amount of food. Very small pieces of beef and low quality of basmati rice. The portion was not even big enough for a child.
I have seen better customer service for some tables . However, we were not treated the same way , may be there is a segment of customers who they are welcoming relative to others . I am not going back here again .

Sharzad is such a wonderful & sweet person! They actually give thick slices of lamb & not thinly shaved pieces. Keep it up...Open Flame!!

I was disappointed when the Kabob International closed. I am very happy they opened this instead. The food is still excellent and the decor is great. Management is still friendly. If you haven't eaten here yet, please do.
