Picked up takeout and everything was so delicious. We got the gyro meat cheese fries, sampler appetizer, and koobideh kabob. They couldn't be nicer either! Will definitely be back.

Amazing food and service! Thr owners run the restaurant as if you are visiting them at their home, very welcoming! We ordered the sampler platter, gyro on a greek salad, crispy gyro, Turkish coffee, Persian tea, and baklava- pistachio and walnut. The baba ghanoush is the best I have ever had! My husband that does not like it normally, also enjoyed it- it is a must have! The gyro meat is very flavorful and tender. Everything we had was made with flavor that excites and wakens the tongue with worldly spices. The baklava is buttery and the nuts are creamy with full flavor of that nut- absolutely beautiful! The only critique I have is that the baklava is too small. They are two bite sized which has you yearning for more. This is a top eat in Memphis! We will definitely return next time we are visiting!

The customer service and atmosphere here are so awesome!!! The owner treats you like family. The dishes are not only HEALTHY but also so very very flavorful. I couldn't have asked for a better meal. Absolutely love this restaurant! Memphis has great food - but a lot of it is heavy. The food at Open Flame is delicious! It's fresh and made in-house. The service is wonderful and attentive. Easily one of our best finds since moving here.

Everytime I come to this place the experience is wonderful! The staff is so polite and welcoming and the owner even sits with you and chats. She has beautiful spirit and her husband cooks so awesome. My friends and I love coming here. You will love it everytime! Thank you for being wonderful each and every time!

This place is very unprofessional and they have a very bad attitude. I had to wait an hour for my order and when I got my order they gave it to me in a very rude way. I will never come back to this restaurant ever again especially not with a bunch of gypsies with attitudes working there

This place is amazing. I don’t even know where to start. Imagine that perfect local cozy spot that you want to grab a bite to eat at all the time where they are so friendly and welcome you like they have known you forever. Everything we ate was bursting with flavor and authenticity. I tried several new dishes I’ve never had and they were all fantastic This is my new go to spot. Love it!

I was really disappointed by the amount of food. Very small pieces of beef and low quality of basmati rice. The portion was not even big enough for a child.

This is our new favorite spot. The family that runs it is so friendly. I always get the Mediterranean Sampler with a side of olive oil and freshly made pita. My wife likes the Greek salad with gyro meat. We go at least monthly if not more often for lunch.

I have seen better customer service for some tables . However, we were not treated the same way , may be there is a segment of customers who they are welcoming relative to others . I am not going back here again .
