Stopped in for a quick bite, after a massage next door, at 2pm. They close at 2:30 but accommodated me nonetheless. My food was fresh and came out quick. I was in and out by 2:45.

I came around 8:50 I was the only guest the establishment said it closed at 9:30 but everyone was in a rush to leave out, I seen they were doing renovations because they added a stage and took out all the hibachi tables so I'm assuming they longer do that anymore so you only order from out the kitchen, I usually always leave a minimum of a $10 tip but because they were rushing to leave out the my waitress took it among herself to add her 15% tip to my ticket I only left her $3 cause I didn't read anything about automatic gratuity on the menu so that was her loss, ion think I'll be coming back after this experience and I've been coming to this location over 17 years. Unfortunately tonight will be my last

Service was horrible, the lady had way too many tables to take care of everyone how she needed to. Portion sizes are awful for the price as well. They also add a 15% tip without it being said anywhere (party of 2) then have the audacity to hand you a receipt asking for another tip. Will not be back highly disappointed.

Called to place an order and was told to call back later. I proceeded to order online instead. I arrived to pick up my food and the young lady at the front was very nice. The poor review comes from the lady training her. Just plain rude. I asked for utensils for my order and the young lady went to grab them and was quickly reprimanded for it. She then said I get no utensils. Overall bad experience but food is alright. Rice will always be a 10/10 though.

Very bad service, cold food, it doesn't look like a restaurant but a supermarket, no drinks, the innkeepers are very clueless, I don't recommend it at all

I didn't even finish my meal. The salad was drowning in ginger sauce. The tempura was like horrible, over-breaded onion rings with no taste. My friend liked his steak but I thought the portion was small. I won't be going back.
