I ordered with Uber eats and the restaurant failed to not only properly secure the bag that my food items came in but they also allowed the Uber eats delivery driver to go through my order in front of them and still did not secure or tie the bag after the delivery driver went through it. By the time my order arrived to me I was missing food items that I had paid for. I called the restaurant about the missing food and rummage through bag and I was given absolutely no assistance and was not allowed to speak with the manager. The Osaka worker also refused to give me her name or the manager’s name. It was so much money wasted for unsanitary food that I cannot eat. I thought Osaka would have at least secured the bag of food with a safety sticker so that the food wouldn’t be tampered with.

This place exceeded my expectations. The hibachi chef was entertaining, friendly and a master of his craft. We had a great meal. The food was excellent and fresh. The server was really great as well. We celebrated a birthday and he made sure we had a good time. He brought what we needed before we even asked. Stellar! Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess area is pretty worn and dark. Some of the restaurant needs upkeep but the food and service is great. We'll definitely be back

We came in for a birthday celebration. We were very impressed with the flavor of the rice (Hawaiian rice) . Our server Malik was GREAT, he even sang happy birthday in Japanese!! The bathrooms were SUPER CLEAN, & smelled good!! WE'LL DEFINITELY be back!!

My family and I visited Osaka to celebrate my niece's 18th birthday. Our experience was not pleasant. The server served the soup with her hand on top of the bowl. The salad lettuce was brown, and the floors were sticky. To make matters worse, I found a piece of hair on my menu. Additionally, some of us started feeling itchy, as if we were bitten by something. Later, my nephew went to the restroom and returned to tell us that he had killed a roach in there. After hearing that, I lost my appetite and ate nothing further. I definitely won't be returning to Osaka, and I won't recommend it to anyone else. It's disappointing to see that management only responds to positive reviews, especially since there are cleanliness issues that need to be addressed. I would also like to say that we did enjoy watching the preparation of the food and the birthday song, but it still doesn't make up for the cleanliness of the restaurant.

The condition on the menu they brought me pretty much sums up the condition of this restaurant nowadays. The conveyor is gross and needs to be cleaned. It’s also not turned on and you just ask for a plate. (Which you are not told, you have to ask if it is available) The menu is so abused it won’t lay flat on the table. Take pride in your restaurant. It also stinks in here.look how gross this thing is with the QR code. This is in front of me while I eat.

Great place near the university. I try to come often and when I do, the service is quick and food fresh. I’ve become something of a regular and they usually know try drink of choice by the time I’m walking to the bar.
