I love coming here. Kristy and her team always make us feel special. The food is amazing! We love Chef Poncho for making Sushi! He have us right every time. We eat here twice a month. We come for the atmosphere and the good food!

The service was very terrible, we made a reservation and they put another family at the table, one is supposed to pay to be well, and we went to the manager for a solution and what he did was leave us waiting for an hour and the food was super terrible, everything salty and hard I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT???????

They didn't have they hours of operation posted on the door. They are closed on Sunday. And even when they are open the door is locked.

Ok so the FOOD was very disappointing! I’ve eaten here many times over the last few years and lately it’s been terrible .. I had a few sushi rolls and some fried rice .. I will say the sushi was mid level ok .. but for 10/11$ for a basic tuna roll or spicy crawfish ? For that price you can get “specialty rolls” at restaurants with far better quality!! And the fried rice … was literally white rice tossed in a pan with soy sauce… no seasoning, no little added veggies .. just rice and soy sauce !! So disgusting….SERVICE!! When I tell you the server acted like we were invading her personal space just by sitting at our table .. drinks were never refilled .. she didn’t take any notes so she had to return x2 times to confirm my order .. and when I asked for the sauce that was never brought she literally huffed and stormed off .ATMOSPHERETHE SUSHI CHEFS WERE COMPLAINING A OUT EVERY ORDER AND LITERALLY PLAYING “rock paper scissors “ to see who had to make the next roll .. and they had there phone connect to the speakers and kept blaring different songs and changing mid song .. then taking phone calls over the speaker system ..so sad .. to see this place decline so badly

Restaurant closed without notice! It should have a clear sign explaining if it closed for remodeling and expected date of opening. Neither any of 2 more other restaurants answered the phone☹️?

They could never make me hate Osaka!!! Food hit everytime, now service is gonna be what you make of it. Yes you may have to flag ppl down, but they’ll get you what you’re asking for. Got it to-go and the presentation may lack, but what never misses is the flavor. The E.T rolls is probably the best thing on the menu, sushi is fresh, what you wanna do is get a side of eel sauce and yum yum and mix together w a dash of soy- u then eat your meal and will finish smiling from ear to ear. Rlly one of my fav hibachi/sushi places. (However, they do skimp you on that broccoli. Have u w 18 pieces of zucchini and 2 pieces of broccoli???? Nothing a little portion control can’t nip in the bud.

Came here for lunch and was rushed to order my food. Gave the person money in her hand only for me to receive it back on the counter which over here is considered very rude.
