We had an incredible server! Our food was really good! We ordered a porterhouse and it was cooked perfectly. We appreciate great service, I can't remember his name, but if you go and have him as your server, you will know! As locals, we will be back soon!

Update: Replying on behalf of relatives. It appears as if my relative was utilizing a 3rd party app. Her order never was received by Outback. However, this relative still stand by her rating of poor Customer Service. This relative stated to the GM she did not want any compensation, just for the team to be more respectful to Customers.
Placed an online order at the Union Ave location in Memphis TN today. I paid online with my Outback Gift card. I waited for over 1hour for my food. I went in to inquire. The lady in the carryout area stated, "yeah we've been having problems with our online orders". They asked me was it was a Door Dash, I replied, "no".
They went to get a lady who was sitting at one of the tables eating ( I assume the manager). She instantly got up with an attitude because I disturbed her meal. She asked me for my order number I provided it. she then returned and asked to see my phone. I showed her the number, this young lady got mad because I would not physically hand her my cell phone.
She said I need to scroll thru the order. I said here is the number. She left again with an attitude. Came back ask for last 4 digits of my card. Came back and said, we cant find your order. I immediately called my gift card balance $44.56 was already taken off my $50 gift card.

The bartenders are always amazing! My steak is always properly cooked (medium steak eater), and the silverware and dishes are always clean! My go-to spot for a long day after work 🤗

Don’t order curbside here, unless you have all day to wait around for your food. Every single time I decide to give it another chance I end up disappointed. I waited well over an hour tonight, in my car! Oh and my food was cold once I finally got it, so that means it’s just been sitting there.

Outback Steakhouse is usually a great spot for lunch or dinner, but if you go in the evening or later, it tends to get pretty packed, so the wait can be long and a bit uncomfortable. However, the food is good, and the waiters are always kind, which makes the experience worthwhile.
