We had excellent servers named Edward, Ethan, Conner, Clara, Nolan, a host named Terrell, and a hostess named, Nataly. They and the managers Duke and Jordan, rendered exceptional service to us. PLEASE BE CAUTIOS EATING AT THE CORDOVA OUTBACK STEAKHOISE LOCATION!! The parking lot here is poorly lit at night, and there are very few security cameras.
We visited Outback Steakhouse shortly before closing. We parked almost directly in front of the main entrance, with the front of our car facing the door and the back facing Germantown Parkway. After dining for about an hour and a half, we came outside to discover our car was gone.
When we asked the manager on duty about camera footage, he told us the video they had did not show our car or any suspicious cars and admitted that they don’t have many cameras on the property and that some of them were inoperatable. He said the ones they do have is pointed toward the entrance of the store, apparently they have no interest in monitoring the safety of our vehicles. That was shocking to hear, especially for a busy location off a major road like Germantown Pkwy. This combined with the lack of lighting, the parking lot feels unsafe and vulnerable to theft.
This was an extremely upsetting experience for us, and we strongly urge management to take customer safety more seriously. Until then, please be very cautious if you choose to dine here. But we will not be dining here again.

We were here to celebrate our amazing 1st Lady birthday. And Amanda Grant was our server. We had a party of 20 and she didn't miss a beat. She was on point. She was beyond professional. Nice and patient. Let me add our party was all women and trust me i know how hard that could be. But she was perfect and everything came out in a timely manner. We didn't have any complaints.
