10 out of 10 would come 100 more times. Amazing staff, top to bottom, food is delectable, the staff went above and beyond for out wants. The music is always a joy to listen to. The brunch buffet is to die for.

Great time at birthday celebration with friends. Food was delicious. Wait staff a little extra but not enough to spoil our vibe. Will return.

I normally eat lunch every week at Owen Brennan’s for the past three or four years. The service and atmosphere are always great.

The menu has changed over the past couple of weeks and not for the better. The smoked turkey sandwich and the red fish Pérez were two of my favorite dishes on the menu. These have been changed and are not recognizable.

I would ask the new chef to change these two dishes back to the original….please!

I haven’t tried any of the other new dishes on the new menu, but after trying the new turkey sandwich, I don’t think I will.

Our first visit was impressive & a great experience. Beautiful restaurant, decor, light fixtures are amazing, staff is great. Ron was our server & he was impeccable. Friendly, professional & we appreciated his recommendations. Our drinks were amazing - Old Fashion & Strawberry Pineapple & Coconut Cream mocktail- soooo good!!! We had the fried calamari to start. Lightly battered, crispy & well seasoned. I had the Cajun fish & chips/I opted for hand cut kettle chips, light batter & moist fish & crispy chips. My bf had the classic crawfish etouffee with rice / it wad unbelievable. So much flavour. And the soup of the day: roasted red pepper. Really tasty. To end our experience...we had The beignets and they were warm & yummy.

I loved Jacosta! She made the night amazing. I had the étouffée and brownie with Filo dough. Both were wonderful.

In Germantown, a Cajun beat,
A flavor haven, oh so sweet.
Owen Brennan's is the place to be,
For food that sets your soul free.
From jambalaya to shrimp and grits,
Every bite a perfect fit.
The service warm, a southern grace,
A welcoming, amazing space.
Five stars, a glowing, fond review,
For the best New Orleans food, it's true!
A meal that lingers on the mind,
A true Crescent City dining find.

Love this place & the ambience. Lunch cost is about average in the Memphis location for lunch. The food & presentation is always great. Recently informed there will be live music on Wednesday nights - looking forward to the experience. I’ve also had their Sunday brunch buffet & omg! It was worth $50 bc there were so many options from standard breakfast, to shrimp / grits/ seafood such as shrimp/ raw oysters & they even have dessert like crème brûlée, cookies etc. Yummmmm. They also had live jazz music during Sunday brunch & I fell in love w/ this place. Definitely worth dining.

Been here an hour. Not really busy. I finally got a room temperature martini after about 30 minutes. At 45 minutes 2 of our party still doesn't have a drink or a glass of water. I've been out of water for 30 minutes. Did get some bread about 10 minutes ago. Service really poor. Another update later.

The hostess and overall hospitality were wonderful, and service was punctual.

Unfortunately, the dinner entrees did not meet expectations. We weren’t able to try the shellfish options, but our order consisted of the Voodoo Chicken Pasta, Parmesan Encrusted Grouper, and the Alligator Gouda Mac as an appetizer. The Gouda Mac was the highlight savory, rich, and perfectly balanced. However, the alligator itself had more of a smoked chicken pork sausage taste than anything.

As for the entrees both dishes were rather bland and lacked the savory flavors typically associated with New Orleans inspired creole dishes. The Hurricane cocktail, while refreshing and enjoyable, leaned more toward a fruity pineapple alcohol taste than the authentic depth of a true New Orleans classic.
Overall, we appreciated the warm environment and hospitality, but the food didn’t live up to the same standard.

We’ll return to give the brunch or lunch menu a try in hopes of a better experience.

Mixed review. Caprese salad, crab cakes and shrimp and grits were delicious. Pork chop was slightly over done and the pork loin was so over cooked it was almost inedible. My mother in law left most of it on the plate. Our server was professional and polite but the service, in particularly the bar service was slow. Our second round of drinks took so long we had to cancel so we could leave on time. Well very 20 minutes before we canceled the order. Then it took another 10-15 to have them removed from the bill. We also told our server about the pork loin. The manager was talking to a table close to us but never came to our table and was the only one who could remove the drinks. Not sure if we'll give it another shot.
