We were staying at The Peabody Hotel and this was a perfect place to have dinner. The wedge salad was fresh and crunchy with tomatoes, bacon, cucumbers and carrots. My choice for entree was crab cake which came with three fried green tomatoes. This was delicious. I had champagne risotto as a side. My husband had the spaghetti bolognese. This dish was amazing. Our server Christopher was attentive and friendly.

We traveled through Memphis to visit Graceland - this review is not about that awesome experience. It is about culminating our visit there by celebrating our anniversary at Capriccio Grill at the Peabody Hotel. Our amazing server was Gage, who provided excellent service beyond our expectations along with great food! We totally recommend this superb dining experience!

This was an upper scale Waffle House. I ordered the crab cake as my first course and it was very fishy. I then ordered the braised short ribs and they probably had had an entire bottle of barbecue sauce on top of them. Third course was basically Sam's desserts.

Food was good but totally over priced. Service could have been better. We had to wait forever for our waiter to bring our food and then when we finally got it, items would be missing, then we had to wait even longer to get those items missed.

Love the Peabody and everything about it. Grabbed lunch here after watching the ducks. A great follow up as they have duck themed desserts and cocktails. Service was super fast and friendly. All of our meals were tasty. Highly recommend

The Peabody Hotel is a landmark, oozing with Southern charm. Enjoyed the Duck Parade earlier in the day. However, I can sum up the Capriccio Grill as such - forgetful server; forgettable good!

The food was ok, nothing special, and the plating was lacking. The biggest problem was the service and the ambiance. The servers all seemed harried, and the “special presentations” were not special. It all seemed rather diner-ish, especially since i was seated facing the open kitchen, with servers rushing in and out. It's been a decade since I last had brunch at the Peabody, and I can easily wait another decade

For an expensive hotel this was a poor representative. The hotel was outrageously expensive with substandard amenities. Capriccio's food and service were substandard. I wouldn't recommend the hotel or restaurant to anyone

The pizza was great. The steak dinner was not a good value for the price. The French onion soup was really not good. Very strong Worcestershire taste. The service was good but we probably won't go back.

We started our evening at the bar area of the Peabody. Lenora, our cocktail waitress was so friendly and attentive. Justin, who was our server for dinner was equally friendly and attentive. He came around multiple times to check on us. Food delivery was prompt, hot and delicious.

Great service. Pleasant ambiance, but it doesn't have the feel of a 5 star restaurant nor does it have the same level of elegance as the rest of the hotel. The food was good, but it's way over priced.

The food and service was outstanding. We ate there on Easter Sunday and wanted to have a Peabody Duck for desert and our server said they were sold out, which made us so sad. As a substitute, they served us a chocolate mousse in a cup for no charge. While we were eating that, they brought us a Peabody Duck and said that they had called the Peabody Duck chef and that the chef had had-delivered our Duck, which was also for no charge. That totally made our day, and it was delightful to eat!

The entree came immideatly after we were done with our salad, even after we asked to space it out. We didn't want the bread and various butter and asked if we could just have bread and they still brought the various bitter version. They did remove it from the bill when we mentioned it though. It wasn't busy but we felt very rushed. Even though the entrees came out fast, they were warm, not hot

Great service, but the food was Olive Garden quality at best - and at high end restaurants plate sizes. We started with calamari and the bread and butter board. The calamari was a tiny portion and very rubbery and bland. The bread and butter board was the highlight of the meal and was quite good - both taste and quantity. I had a Caesar salad that tasted like it was made using Kraft salad dressing. Not a proper Caesar at all - especially at $18. The mains were bland and very salty. Portion sizes were also very small. 2 people had French onion soup - about 1 cup of soup in a bowl. Flavor was bland and the cheese rubbery. The potato soup was thin and watery. I had the mushroom ravioli- it was ok, but covered in peas and ham. If you're ordering a vegetarian dish, maybe disclose that it has ham as well. Flavor was ok, but not good. Overall, marginal food and no where near justifying the price.

For a birthday my first experience last year was great. This year not so much. I came for a special occasion but wasn't treated special. Maybe next time.. The food was good. The drinks were excellent. The ambience was perfect. It is pricey but if you like elegant... This is the place.
