Appreciate you. A few requests,

If you don't ask what sauce we want, at least drop soy sauce in the to-go bag.

Also, if you never have brown rice available, please remove it from the menu.

A little slow but they might have been rushed before I got there

I had a mobile order. There was no one passing the orders out. Josie got an attitude when the manager asked her to do it. Stood there for 10 minutes staring at my food. Thank goodness Sierra got done working the regular line down and came over to assist the 5 other people waiting for their mobile orders. It’s a mess in there. No organization!

Service is mediocre, this location wasn't busy, just steady and extremely slow. I was advised my food would be ready in 5 minutes, 3 times in 20 minutes. Very disappointing as I would have stayed longer either way, as I traveled 20 minutes to get here. The food is good at this location, they just need to set better expectations and give customers a choice on waiting or not.

I waited outside this door for 16 minutes. They were supposed to open at 9:30 nobody ever came to the door or anything. They didn’t have any food out or nothing my goodness. Poor management

It's very ugly, don't come, don't serve the customers well, and they're not well cooked and they only give you soup, it's disgusting, it's better to go to the buffet.

Carlos, the manager, is a great asset to the team.
He helped rollout plates when the line was demanding, then helped clean up afterwards. Incredible to see that work ethic in today’s society.

They are super slow. I had 3 orders and needed teriyaki for 2 of them. They said 12 minutes will be ready but took 37. Ridiculous and wasn't even crowded. Slow as hell.
