Great food, friendly staff what else is there to say

This location closes at 9:30pm on Sundays. So I called them at 8:50pm asking if it was okay to place an online order for a pickup at 9:20pm. They were very polite and the manager told me she would wait for me. I got held up longer than expected and at 9:25pm I called her back, apologized several times and told her to just disregard the order but don’t refund my money because it was might fault. I then proceeded to tell her that I couldn’t get there for at least 20-25min and to my extreme shock! Not only was she still very polite but she told me if I’m on my way, that she would wait for me until 10pm. This of course is beyond shocking because this kind of service and kindness (especially in Memphis, TN) is unheard of! I raced there, arrived right at 10pm and ture to her word, she was there with my dinner!! She was just as nice/professional in person, as she was on the phone! I had a horrible day and these people really changed all that for me! The food warm/amazing! And the service far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!!!

I ordered food from here on July 16 2025 from a Doordarsh app and when it arrived my order was missing 6 egg rolls and the food was terrible! I knew it wasn't fresh an d had been sitting up for a long time. My children was even complaining about tummy aches after eating just a few bites. I called to the restaurant numerous times when someone finally answered and I explained that I had ordered a family meal and the guy told me he prepared it himself and that it was made fresh. However I knew he was lying. There is no way I would ever order any food from here ever again. Loss 80 bucks on garbage.

If this fried rice was meant for your own family, would you have served it like this? From the moment I opened the container, it was filled with burnt bits and the smell of char was overwhelming. Even while eating, the burnt odor persisted. This is my most frequently visited location, but I was extremely disappointed to be served fried rice full of carcinogenic burnt residue. If I receive food of this quality again, I will not let it slide.

If you order mobile they give you the worst of what's left so you don't find out until you leave. You think you're getting chow mein but it's 90% cabbage most of the time

Panda is my go to for fast Chinese. 1st time visitor at this memphis location. They was very busy on this Friday night. The line moved quickly. The staff was Poliet. The food was Good and fresh with 1 small complaint. The string beans up north chicago almost melt in your mouth. At This location they were very Tough as if Not steamed long enough. However, i still enjoyed the balance of my meal. 😋

I hate to say it i been eat panda for years and tried this one in Jonesboro ar i mean this food is trash never had noodles that was not even cooked right hard and nasty and the rice has no taste and the food was cold as heck i hope they make it because i will never order again from there trash
