I used to be a big fan of panda express but their chicken taste differently. It taste like paper yuck 🤮 I do t think it’s real chicken. I wil only order vegetables if I ever go back there again

Not much vegetarian options, however the shrimp is good. The staff was nice on this particular day. I usually come here for the greens no meat. Wish it had a vegan alternative.

My Girlfriend ordered doordash from here!! When her doordasher got there, Panda Express could not find her order. Then they said they found it and had to remake it. I never ever get on a app and and complain but they brought her like a shrimp bowl and she is allergic to SHRIMP!!! LIKE PEOPLE NEED TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! WE don't have transportation to get food right now and this is the only thing she had to eat tonight!!! I'm highly upset about this!!!

Temara G was our server for the drive-through. Not only did we have to tell her more than once what we wanted, and she still could not get it right, but when we got to the window to pay she tried to charge us for 4 drinks when we only ordered 3. One of the lids to a drink was not on all the way, which caused it to spill in my car. Not only did she not apologize to us for it happening, but she also tried to give us a lid that was too big.

12/2024: Asked for a sample for my mother who’s never been to PE and they said no; first time experiencing that. Checkout/bagging was a mess; got the wrong number of cups, no silverware, missed part of the order, etc. Rough visit overall.

I came in to get some lunch and the person taking my order was visibly distracted. I ordered a bowl with chow mein noodles and the teriyaki chicken. Not only were the noodles cold, but the container was half empty. Also, I didn't realize until I got home that she didn't even give me teriyaki sauce. So now I have to suffer through this dry, bland, kid size meal. I'm so disappointed in the quality of service and food that is present in this establishment. I do not recommend and won't be back to this location. Period.

Ordered ahead and had to wait 30 mins once I got there for my assigned time pick up. Only one person acknowledged me and did everything. Everyone else just looked at me and kept ignoring me. Outside of the one girl, the customer service altogether was awful.

They don’t ever have food . They are too lazy to make more . The manager at this location doesn’t know what she’s doing . Refused to make my order due to not having 1 ingredient . Wich I told them it’s fine make it with out it & still refused to make the food . Never got a refund . I had to call customer service to get a refund .Please get a better person to manage this place. Will rather eat anywhere else than this horrible establishment
This location on Winchester rd is great as a carry out location. The service and the food selection were fresh and hot.

Panda Express employees never came out to bring my food. I decided to go in the store. They had no clue what I order and forgot about me outside.
