Service and atmosphere were incredibly nice !! Went on Valentine's Day, ordered a bigger plate w/ 2 Kung Pao and 1 Chicken and Mushroom, alongside a side of super greens and fried rice. My only real criticism is that the sides were somewhat poor quality, not necessarily made bad - just not the best tasting. A bit stale and tasteless, but overall, was still pulled together by the meat content !! Great time !!

Food here is always great I just wish that when the Chow Mien gets low they don't transfer the cabbage to the next batch. My plate was more vegetables then noodles my last visit I was there.

Went to location on Winchester in Memphis! I spent my money on burnt dry egg rolls! BURNT DRY EGG ROLLS! Didn't notice until I was almost at work. Should have checked the bag before leaving. I called the restaurant just so the girl could say we don't replace food. She told me management would call but I haven't heard anything. Last time I was there the rice was too hard! I try not to complain but I want to enjoy my food. Had to throw away and miss out on lunch. I want to get what I pay for or just reimburse the money since they don't replace the food.

I was skeptical about going through drive thru line from other reviews but I had a wonderful experience. They were very fast and considerate. My order my exactly right and I will be returning! Very pleased with my Togo experience.

Food and atmosphere was great however one of the ladies at the stand was really rude and said my name wrong numerous times after I corrected her. Then last word she stated is “whatever your name is”. My name is not that hard to say.

Hi We just got out of the restaurant. We got an confirmed pick up at 7.45pm. We got our food at 8.30pm and it was not what i ordered. We told the staff multiple times we where there but they just took care of the Walk ins. We are never coming back and in my opinion I should not pay for this. I talked to the management which not seem to care. This is not ok and waiting that long and still not get what I ordered. She said 4 min bc they where out of something but after 10 min it was still not ready and at that point when i confronted everyone the told me I could take something else. The rest of the food had already been sitting for 10 min. This is not okey in any way and this really ruined our night.We did not get an apology and it says in the app our order was done at 8.08pm but that is just bullshit. As you can see in the picture we was still standing there at 8.23 pm.
